Eve rubs her eyes as she sits up and looks around the Infirmary seeing Bullet lying on a cot, Rozalin at the ripped door and Rex standing in front of someone. She called out to Rex. "Rex? Is that you?"

Rex waves toward Eve. At the same time, he crouches a bit while beginning to poke the girl's gauntlets with his own. While still looking at the girl, he chats w/ Eve. (clank, clank, bzzt.) [color=008888] "Morning, Eve. I'd suggest you stay back for a bit. We have no idea who this kid is." [/color]

Yukino simply sighs and sheathes her sword, then points a threatening finger toward Toad. [color=BB66BB] "The next time you're anywhere remotely close to me, I'm going to dissect you. That is all." [/color] She walks off in a huff.

Eve looked confused. "What kid?" she asked as she stood out of bed and stretched her aching back. She decided to go check on Bullet before seeing what Rex was talking about.
In the between her sobs the girl made an audible "Hmph." at Rex tapping her gauntlets and pulled her hands back.

"NO! No, you stupid idiotic bastard, we need you! You can't run from this! You can't leave us a man down!" Bryce started tearing up. "You were Caesar's kid, goddamnit... He shouldn't have to see his daughter dead like this. He shouldn't need to bury her! Fight, you bastard, fight! If you won't fight for yourself, fight for her!" Bryce was crying openly now, pounding on Balthiers chest without any reasoning. "You're better then this goddammit..." he eventually slowed to intermittent sobs, knees pulled to his chest.
OoC @Nail Did I like him? Theres a damn reason Bryce tried to give him the armcomp, it was to try and make him live. I'm genuinley sad he's dead. Like, seriously broken up.

Eve after checking on Bullet finds that she's covered in bruises and feels deathly cold. She attempts some simple first aid and gently covers Bullet in a few blankets before approaching Rex and asking "Is this the kid? Whats her name?" after seeing who was sat in the chair.
The girl was only sniffing and hmphing now with an occasional whimper. "I don't want to. I want to be let go." she muttered.

Bryce pulls himself up, body caked in Balthier's blood. He reaches down and picks up the body, carrying it into the infirmary. "I need-" he managed to gwt out before collapsing, breaking down into hiccuping sobs, after each wave trying to calm himself, only for more to come. He eventually just crammed his hand into his mouth and bit down, pulling himself back. "I need help burying Balthier."
OOC: @Dot: Well if you want to be excessively violent and give Eve a bad opinion of Rex, sure. There are always perfectly good cells to chuck her into.

"What happened? W-what do you mean you need help burying Balthier?" she asked with a look of shock setting on her face.

I'm not sure where we'd put him, but I'm sure you guys will find a place. But until then, I'll take our stowaway here into a cell for the night." [/color] Rex takes the girl by her bound hands and walks her into a cell.
He quickly shuts the door and locks it afterward. Then, he walks back to Bryce and helps carry the body.

"I just can't do this alone. Bal... Balthier got shot by the robot. I don't know how it was brought back online..." Bryce looked down. "I'm sorry, I just can't do this tonight. I can't. I think I need to lie down." Bryce walks to one of the empty beds and places Balthier on it. He walks over to Eve, hugs her, then turns and grabs the farthest away empty bed from Balthier. Anyone who got close would hear quiet crying.
