Bryce nods, and his eyes go red as blood stains the cornea's and drifts in. "Yo. Caesar says, in Bryce's voice. "Hang on. This voice sucks." Caesar gargles for a bit, occasionally saying something, before settling on a lower register of voice that didn't sound like gargling gravel. "Ah, there we go. Much better. Name's Caesar. Nice to meet you."
"Oh, you misunderstood. I was born in him. There's never been a time I haven't been with Bryce." Caesar looks himself over. "Well, I mean, its a pretty crappy piece of real estate. But hey, he's not so bad."
"So, if I understand this genetic stuff right. I had to ask Eirin, our resident medic, what it was all about, and she said that the genetic code or genome or something is stored inside DNA. And that is inside cells which make up our body. So do you share the same DNA with Bryce? Or does it change?"
"It's a pretty mutual thing. We both shape each other's DNA. He did the whole start, being born and having the DNA mixed from his dad and mom, but I added myself in, mixing it up some more so that I can modify it for things like the mutations."
"Oh, I think I get it. But can you also..."

"I dunno, keep it in a jar or something. You know how many preserved animals I have in my shack."

"Hell, you want some of my genome? Wouldn't be a problem for me." Caesar offered up his arm, elbow down. "Go ahead."
Marisa glared at Reimu.
"Reimu! I thought you said I couldn't take a genome."

She made a guilty smile.
"Eh hehe... I guess I don't, do I? But uh.... how do you do it?"
"Reimu! I thought you said I couldn't take a genome."

"Just draw some blood. The blood will have the genome perfectly fine. I mean, you really want to avoid jabbing it in yourself, but I doubt you know anyone that stupid."
Caesar chews the inside of his cheek, and reaches into his duster, yanking out a syringe. "If you can find a jar, I've got the syringe. And blood carries DNA, in its cellular center. You'd just need the blood itself."

OOC: Hmm, I'm starting to see where Ven was coming from with the issue of not having a character who can interact with the others. Too bad there's no one still looking to put a character on a bus... next time there's a fight with Mercer, I'll have something in place to deal with this.
"I... No, you don't get DNA out of blood. You can look at it in the blood, but, I mean, you guy's tech-" Caesar sighs, and starts walking towards the inn. "You know what, just forget. I'm gonna go run through my forms." He then walked into the remains of the inn and practices his various transformations.
