Black shut her eyes and sighed, she muttered quietly something that would sound like a prayer. "[sub]at least you died by a sword....your honor is still intact...[/sub]"

"What... happened here?" Yeul asked again, now addressing Archimedes. She still held her nose, as the stench of the exploded body, paticularly its stomach contents, were quite overwhelming.
Caius, although frowing at the stench, wasn't all that bothered by it.

OoC @FPS: What? This is really the end? Didn't see that coming.

Echo finished rubbing her eyes and looked around. She saw what was left of Alex and gave a silent scream, falling out of her chair as she reeled backward.

The woman lunges at Archimedes, then freezes. Her face twitches, and her body starts contorting.

"This woman exploded my golem." Arakel informs Yeul.

"Uh are you okay. Do you need pills cause I have those too... This is a bit awkward"

@FPS: Yeah... I expect some sort of last-minute "No wait, I'm still psycho." thing.

Yukino sighs as she drags Alex's body outside, rolling his head along. She turns to the virus and gives it a smile and talks in a calm voice. [color=bb66bb] "I apologize for making you see that, but it needed to be done. I'm still not fond of having you around, nor do I feel I will be anytime soon. Killing your dad was the quickest way for me to release the rage these few short moments of being with you has created. I hope you can still lend me your power after all this, not that I need it." [/color] The virus just drops its head low and shuffles out after the foxgirl.

Rex nods as Yukino drags the body outside. [color=008888] "Sure... I've never really been good at throwing these things to be honest..." [/color] He blushes a bit as he scratches his head.

Bryce sighed again when Echo freaked, and pulled off his duster to cover Alex's body.

OOC: @Nail Yep, that's it. He wasn't really going to be this big scary dude like Alex Mercer. Alex Mercer has that job covered better then Alex Cross ever would. He was just this sad, tortured soul that knew he needed to die for the improvement of humanity. It's also another cut string for Bryce.
BRB, Thanksgiving meal.

Yeul blinked twice, then looked at the gore-coated floor, then towards the woman. "Odd..." Although she didn't know what a golem was, she understood what was said.

"Do you know her?" Caius asked Arakel, stepping forward.

OoC @FPS: Still. I expected more then just "pow. He dead".

Echo crawled over to a corner and covered her eyes, shaking rather violently.

"It'sss Ok! just grabbed it at the end at then throw it softly and let it go" Holly said to Rex, trying to give him some advice.

Black opened her eyes again to see Echo fall off her chair, she sighed annoyed. "That's why I said do it outside!" She muttered, then walked over to Echo. "Are you ok?....I'm also sorry you saw that..." Black said to Echo.

The woman lets out a scream, which slowly lowers in pitch. Her hair begins to recede to around half its length, and her jaw darkens.

OoC: Also, if this had happened in Salty's thread, the group would've, at the very least, been banned from nearly every inn in the nation.

"And you aren't in the slightest upset that she killed this "golem" of yours?"

Yeul gave the women a curious look as she began changing.

Rex smiles as he takes a paper plane and does what Holly says. Sadly, the plane does a loop-de-loop in the air, then nosedives into the ground. Seeing that, he scratches the back of his head again. [color=008888] "Heh... Completely intentional..." [/color]

Yukino throws the body into the middle of the street, unfazed by the gore already around, and burns Alex's body. As the body burns, Alex's soul shifts into her blade. The virus sits beside Yukino and sobs a bit. She simply scoffs at it.

[color=006600] Y--You could have at least.... let me say something to him... And... why are you... so mean to me...? What... did I do to you!? [/color]
[color=bb66bb] "Because you're a mark of my mistakes that I'll never be rid of. As if this sword and the constant nightmares weren't enough, YOU appear. You're exactly like..." [/color] She pauses for a moment, gritting her teeth.

[color=bb66bb] ....It's none of your concern... [/color]

"It's an inconvenience, yes, but I'm sure I can find some more corpses. The golem was a tool. A machine. Nothing more." Arakel says coldly.

The figure completes the change, straightens out and cracks his neck.
[color=4a295f]"Hello."[/color] he says. [color=4a295f]"Sorry about my sister. She gets a bit murder-y sometimes."[/color]

"S-s-saw that..." Echo said, still covering her eyes. She bent over and started gagging, but since she hadn't eaten in a while, she had nothing to vomit up.

We'd already be the planets most wanted for one reason or another.

Bryce pulls himself out of the chair and finds a place next to Echo, sitting with her. "I'm sorry it ended like that."

OoC: @Nail I actually prefer it with him just dying, no great big last battle, no fighting against it, just an unsatisfying end for pretty much everyone involved. Reflects what I was looking for when I made his character, the complications of being human in what might as well be a fantasy setting. And yeah, thank god unions haven't been invented in this world yet.

OoC @Outis: That's true... I swear, if in the coming thread, the group will act the same way like the do here, it's gonna be a hella short journey for them.
@FPS: You mean to say this isn't a fantasy setting? Could've fooled me.

Yuel's curiosity increased as she saw the woman changing into a man.
