The Vault Hunters had seperated from the rest of the grop, exploring the immeidate area, maybe looking for loot in secret. Now, the teenager and Zer0 entered the cantina, the blue-haired woman close behind, and the military man carrying the midget, who seemed to have found booze somewhere, and was asleep in that deep sleep that only drunkards could reach.

Jensen entered the cantina's main area and glanced around, noting the mercenaries that had been fleeing the worms the other day milling around, while York sat with Handsome Jack. Both seemed to have fallen asleep in their coffee. Not a good sign, but Jensen felt he could do with some amount of caffeine, no matter how little, and he headed to the bar. When he ordered a coffee, he instinctively dug around in his pockets for a credit chip, then scowled as he remembered that the standardised currency on Earth was likely no good here. The bartender raised a questioning eyebrow.
"Forget it." Jensen muttered, and went to sit at one of the tables instead.

Zer0 looked around the cafe, and saw Adam. He tapped the teenager with the hilt of his sword. "Hey, look over there./One of the other people./Maybe talk to him?" The teenager looked at Zer0 for a sec.
"Since when have you wanted to talk? Like, ever?"
"We should make allies./As long as we are stuck here,/We may need some help." The teenager shrugged, then walked over to Adam, Zer0 close behind.

Jensen had taken out the E-book that he had reconfigured to begin reading Dune, when he noticed two blips approaching on his rangefinder. Looking up and to his left he noticed Zer0 approaching, with the small girl from the mercenary group. Laying the E-book down on the table, he nodded to them as they approached.
"Can I help you?" He asked.

The teenager gave a small wave, and Zer0 bowed. "Heya. You're with this little gang we've found ourselves in, right?" The teenager extended her robot hand. "I'm Gaige."

Jensen looked down at Gaige's hand as she extended it, and noted with surprise that it was a mechanical prosthetic. It was battered, dirty and primitive looking -from the look of it, he was surprised her body hadn't rejected it. The sight of such a young person with such an augmentation chilled Jensen with anger, and pity. He wondered if she had chosen it or been in an accident. Given the poor quality of the limb, probably the latter. He reached out and shook the hand, his own concealed by his coat and gloves.
"Jensen. Adam Jensen." He replied. "Where are you from Gaige?"
"Jensen. Adam Jensen." He replied. "Where are you from Gaige?"
"Well, I was born on Eden-5, but when I showed up wherever this is, I was on Panodra, so take you pick." She pointed to the other Vault Hunters in turn. "That's Maya," she pointed to the blue-haired woman, "That's Axton" she guestured to the military man, "and the short guy he's carrying is Salvador. I guess you've allready met Zer0."
Jensen nodded to the other Vault Hunters.
"Interesting family you've got." Jensen remarked. "Its safe to say that you're from a completely different background than I am. Pandora, Eden-5... these are other planets? What do you do there? You all look like you come from some kind of frontier environment, if not an official warzone."

"Yeah, they're other planets. And Pandora's... not a planet of peace and love. Bandits, skags, robots, psycho midgets, and that jackass and his facist dictatorship of a company." Gaige was scowling at Handome Jack. "Honestly, I'm still kinda suprised I'm not six feet under right now."
"Is anywhere?" Jensen remarked before following Gaige's stare at Handsome Jack. "Oh yeah, that asshole. He's lucky that he's not six feet under. I came very close to headspinning him yesterday."
Zer0 turned to Jack, his mask projecting :'( while he made a world's smallest violin motion with his hand. Gaige looked at Adam. "Yeah, he tends to illicit that kinda reaction."
