"Let...me or Rex know." Echo repeated, a bit frustrated at her inability to form the sentence properly. "Don't fully understand her?" She asked Rex.
The man's soul groaned and rubbed the back of its head while it sat on the ground in front of Majeh. "Eh, worth a shot. You sure I'm dead? Because that hurt." He said as he stood up. "It was some weird hunchback guy in a blue cloak with a mask. He showed up a couple days after those damn monsters showed up in the lower city. Promised everyone they'd be saved from getting killed if they joined in serving his master. A whole bunch of us joined up 'cuz we were desperate. For those of us that joined, he gave us a mark that turned us into demons." He explained to Majeh. "I think he might have gotten at least a fourth of the city to join up." He added offhand.
Rex scratches the back of his head as he talks to Echo. [color=008888] "Yeah, we've been bonded like this for a long while now, and she's barely told me anything about herself. I'm basically partnering up with and putting my faith in a total stranger. Even so, she hasn't let me down yet, and to my knowledge, I've done the same for her." [/color] He chuckles a bit as he looks up toward the ceiling. [color=008888] "Kinda dumb of me, right?" [/color]
I curtly nodded at Yukimaru, the ninja. She looks rather... young, but at the League we have Annie and Luxanna; two of the youngest members. I mentally shrug at the thought of asking for her age.
Looking back to the Rozalin girl, I eye her for a bit. 17 I guess, with the world's most impractical dress for people of this group, but still. Being in The League has shown me otherwise.
"Strength begets strength. If one path doesn't serve you, then find another." I said to her.

Aisha just chuckled. "I think it just comes with my natural abilities that's all. There's really nothing to be ashamed about. Hell, I could have sung something that would make you guys ready to tackle on the largest and strongest of things."

Rex just shrugs again. [color=008888] "A desperate situation kinda makes you do that sort of thing, y'kno? The moment we met was one where we both needed each other's abilities, or we'd both would've ended up dead." [/color]

The man had a hard time speaking, seeing as how Majeh had a hand wrapped around his throat. If I had [sub]stolen[/sub] some earplugs from back home, it would help tone out my enchanting songs but... Sorry about that." She started scratching her head before turning to the dead demon's body. A green orb of light manifests in her hand as a little pop-up appears reading.
Hitting 'no', she sighs. "Aawww... No souvenir today..."

We'd heard of this treasure in there that was thousands of years old. We just wanted to see what it was. What that treasure happened to be.... was Erica in this chain form. Opening the chest to get her out set off a really elaborate trap that nearly brought the room down over our heads. So, it was spur of the moment but we teamed up for that moment to escape the collapsing ruins and save our friends as well. Then I found out that we couldn't be separated until I found a way to get Erica's soul into a body. So... that's the real reason I came here to this world... to try to find a way to get Erica out of this form and living her own life. Not being free to do what you want sucks, y'kno?" [/color]

"Not being free to do what you want sucks." Echo agreed with Rex. She never much liked tails of adventure, but she liked this story. Maybe because it was short.

"I had never needed to fight until I came to this wretched planet. I shall prove you wrong and escape it for good once I return home!" She declared to Riven.
"Yeah? Well maybe...you don't know her...ya ever think'a that?" It said to Reimu.

I stole it from Skyla Research Facility when I was younger, neat huh? Plus, it makes good use for basketball and chasing around if your bored." Aisha explained, being rather open about stealing the thing.

I shrugged at the Princess. Royalty. A few of them are just up-class snobs that could live a single week in normal society. Take a Demacia High Official and place him in Noxus. Guy will dead within a few hours if he's lucky.
