Corvo's lenses whirred as he zoomed and scoped out his surroundings. From his position there was another low wall across the street, with footing to get him up high once again. Open ground between here and there forced him to look for another way. The wall he was at ran further up the street so he followed up. Long way round and all that. Here was as hostile as the Flooded district, he didn't ant to risk detection to put himself at a disadvantage.

He had to be frugal with his mana though, blinking to activate Dark Vision. The world shimmered red before living things were shown as yellow, with cones of light indicating their line of sight. Using this he crept under a broken plank and hurried across the street, stopping behind a wall and gazing back out.

Bullet exited the Castle, a strange theme that was playing her head while she was walking around, but she ignored it for the most part.

Seeing Black and Balthier outside as well, she turned and walked towards them.

Jensen went outside and leapt up from the street onto a balcony, then onto another before reaching the roofs. Here he sprinted and leapt to the next one, using his rangefinder in conjunction with his penetrative vision to search for the lurking individual.

"A little.....It's what I do when I'm focusing on something....you have my apologizes, it was not out of rudeness...." She replied to Balthier, keeping her blade pointing at the ground. She saw Bullet wondering over and simply nodded to her.

"Oh, it's quite alright." Balthier replied with a somewhat dismissive wave of his hand. When Bullet approached, Balthier briefly nodded in recognision. "Ah. Found a change in attire, have you?"

One of the people had broken off, heading for him. His Dark Vision faded and he sidled along the wall. Peering to see if there was anything useful. The space between these two houses was incredibly narrow.

They wouldn't miss one. He quietely produced two Spring-razor traps and placed one behind him at the start of the narrow space before creeping forwards and placing another half way down the alley. At the other end he hid behind a crate and peered forwards, magnifying his vision again.

"'Sup you two?" Bullet said to Balthier and Black. "Yeah, finally got some shorts with pockets, so I'm happy." she said to Balthier.

Rozalin sat awake in her bed, not having been able to sleep a wink last night. ...Now now, let's just stop worrying. That isn't going to get me anywhere. I need to take action...I just wish I knew what that action was. Deciding to finally stop wasting time in a vain attempt at sleeping, she climbed out of bed. She was about to put her dress back on when she realized that it was still filled with sand. And even if it weren't, it would only be a matter of time before it became wretchedly uncomfortable again. She sighed and tossed it aside, then remembered that Edgar had mentioned something about shops. Desperate times call for desperate measures I suppose. Grabbing one of her rings and still wearing the robe she had found the night before, she went into the courtyard to barter for some things she required.

OOC: Right, back for a short while before I have to go to class again.

Gaige wandered back to the Vault Hunters, while Maya turned to York. "We're all fine. No-one's hurt, we're all settling in, and Salvador hasn't killed anyone yet, so I think we're doing better than usual."

Jensen continued across the rooftops, searching. Finally, his rangefinder highlighted a stationary target well off the streets. It was at the end of the alleyway, and as he looked down at the golden silhouette he could see that it was crouched in waiting, staring intently back through the alley towards the street. Didn't take an expert to know what it was waiting for. Jensen moved quietly to the edge of teh rooftop and then jumped off, deploying his Icarus landing system to brace his body against the planet's magnetic field and land slowly, softly and almost silently. Straightening up, he advanced on the figure from behind.
"Don't stand up too quickly." He said loudly as he approached, one hand in his jacket.

 

[Chungus]

"It's certainly looks to be better suited to the current environment then what you were wearing before." Balthier said to Bullet as he looked over the market stands. "I myself could do with a change in footwear. Open sandles are not ideal." Seeing Rozalin exit the castle, Balthier gave her a brief wave.

Valvatorez and Fenrich exited the castle and walked over to the group that was outside "Greeting comrades, were any of you able to solve the mystery of the teleporting castle?" said Val. Fenrich said nothing, not feeling a need to talk to the people gathered there

"Yeah, you fell asleep in your chair all of a sudden. I had to wake up you and even then, you were still groggy." Bullet remarked to Black.

She nodded at Balthier. "Good point, especially if we are going to keep running into those giant sand worms again."

Corvo slowly rose, waiting for the click of the Spring Razor that was in the middle of the alley. He raised his hands slowly and began to turn around.

I haz returned!

Black rubbed the back of her head a little. "What can I say....people get groggy when there tired.....as you know I'm no acceptation to that..." She replied to Bullet, then looked over at Valvatorez and shrugged at him. "I know as much about the castle as I do about this world.....which very little...." She replied to him, looking at Fenrich and wondering why he was quiet.

"I do hope that won't be the case. Giant carnivorous worms are annoyances I can do without." Balthier said to Bullet. "That we did. The castle teleport here from another dimension for expeditionary purposes. Or so we were told. Edgar, the lord of the castle, appearantly invented a device that alows the entire castle to traverse dimensions." he cassualy explained to Valvatorez.
