Holly was already awake on the sofa and was busy making something with paper.

Yukino lays herself on the rooftop and giggles a bit. [color=bb66bb] "And here I believed we were on the same page. As interesting as fighting one of your 'evolved' sounds, it seems pointless. They'd constantly evolve and re-evolve in a tedious, neverending cycle of eating and being eaten until nothing's left. All you wish for is to be that singular being at the end of the chain, standing in a hollow triumph over the bodies before you die alone." [/color] She scoffs a bit as she continues.[color=bb66bb] "I'd go along with your plan but you're dressing it up as some sort of divine benevolence. That's how you humans always are, selfish and vain, constantly grubbing for power wherever you can find it. I'm the same way, but at least, I've got enough pride to admit my true intent. I simply wish to devour everything and let my world burn to the ground. Maybe then, this inferno in my soul will finally be extinguished." [/color]

She looks up at Mercer with a smile. [color=bb66bb] "In short, I enjoy killing, and killing is all I wish to do. I'm not interested in your bullshit fantasies about advancing civilization." [/color]

Jensen watched the distortionfor a moment, and was about to enquire further until Yeul spoke.
"Sorry. Just professional analysis, I guess. I share a similar line of work." He explained, then glanced at Caius again.
I understand. Of course you have to take it seriously. But jumping right to your most aggressive response possible may not always be the best approach."

Mercer's smile faded.
"Maybe it would end like that as well." He replied darkly. "Who knows?" I can tell you that I have no particular desire to be the last one standing. At least, that isn't the reason that I'm doing it. Our kind would weed out all those weaker than us, and then, who knows? It won't be a peaceful civilisation. That isn't our in nature. But I doubt it would stagnate as this one does. It will be a society dominated by the strongest. If that's you, then so be it. It seems as good an outcome as any." Mercer picked up his sword and went to the edge of the roof before looking back at Yukino. "I hope you can overcome your limited view on this matter. I really do. But in the meantime, just don't get in my way, ok?" With that he dropped from the rooftop, not waiting for an answer.

"No, it means knowing when to speak and when to not speak." she said to Taric, furrowing her brow slightly.

Echo found a place to sit somewhat near where Adam and that crowd were.

Hearing Majeh, the only visible reaction Caius gave was a frown, although inside, he was annoyed at the boy's insolence. "Another one to test my patience? If you've come only to speak petty insults, go elsewhere. That would be wasting both our time." he remarked, not looking at Majeh. "Perhaps you are right. But there have been multiple attempts on Yeul's life. Be it from assasins, beasts, or common lowlife. Because of this, I choose to take no chances, and attempt to strike down any posible threats the moment they emerge."

"Hello again." Yeul said, turning to Majeh.

Black took a walk away from the group a little, trying to clear her head.

Holly continued her crafting, once finished. she hopped off the couch and walked around.

"Hello, Yeul. Your great great great grandfather here is a friendly sort isn't he?"

"There are far better ways of teaching her this than taking away her voice. In fact one could argue that taking away her voice would want her to talk even more"

"She barely knows anything beyond her own realm of existence. Fighting exists everywhere, and she wanted to retreat into her own little world. I simply told her that its not possible. Then her calling barbaric. My believes are what made me great. What made my former nation great. And she has the gull to insult that? Benevolence is a lie...."

"Well I have faith that she will learn the proper lesson." Nem said to Taric and Aisha with a rather bright yet smug smile. She noticed Holly walk around and approached. "I did not notice yesterday, but you certainly are adorable." she said to her with a warmer smile.

Echo tried to entertain herself by making colorful little explosions in the sky with her wand. These explosions actually made some noise, which she was pleased to see.

 

[Chungus]

"As I said, this is a waste of time. Save this nonsense for someone who cares." Caius answered, turning to Majeh.

"Is this really necessary?" Yeul chimed in, phrasing her remark more like a statement then a actual question.

Black found a small spot to herself, she put her sword into the ground and sighed. I really need to find her...and get back....

Saber arrives at the inn and sees Majeh, Yeul, Caius and Jensen, Saber walks up and says "hi"

"Who knows..? Maybe it is... Maybe it isn't... But I can say one thing, for certain. I do so enjoy making him angry. If his skin was as think as his cataracts maybe he wouldn't be as fun to toy with." Majeh replies to Yeul.
Besides, this is a test...
He looks to Caius with a cocky grin. "Problem?"

"Oh no, I wasn't faulting you. She started pursuing the knowledge of the warriors tongue yesterday. She seems to have been set on to the path of the warrior by her beating. I just wanted to make sure there weren't any other issues of hers that I had missed." Bryce pours out the pot, and begins walking to the door. "Oh, and benevolence is a lie? Nice job making your nation seem like a comical supervillian, bent on controlling the world."

Holly turned around to Nem, qucikly putting something in her pocket before speaking. "Well thanksss...." She said to Nem, then crossed her arms. "But I'm Ssstill not happy about how your treating Echo!" She said, looking up at Nem with a small sigh.
