Yukino just facepalms herself and points threateningly at the trainer. [color=bb66bb] "Alright! Show me this stupid thing! You owe me that much for stopping my practice!" [/color]

[color=01B7FF]"Do you happen to know what she's shouting about, zam?"[/color] Yukimaru asked Rex, figuring from his comment he must have had a better idea as to why Yukino was shouting her head off than she did.

"I was wondering that as well. Does she usually get this worked up over things like that?" Rozalin chimed in as she looked up from her book.

Ethan held up Espeon to Yukino "Say hello to the nice lady Espeon"
To Yukino: Why hello angry one. Would you like tomorrow's weather

Ooc: Yeah... subplot set-ups...

Rex just looks up at the two and shrugs. [color=008888] "Uh... The only thing I can think of is that someone interrupted her and now she's thoroughly pissed. And yes, she usually gets this worked up over... a lot. She's been kind of calm while she's been here, now that I think about it... She also hates games.. and 'Espeon' is a creature from one of the games she REALLY hates." [/color]

Yukino stares at the Espeon with venomous eyes. [color=bb66bb] "No... I'd like you to tell your owner to stop annoying me..." [/color]

Spoiler: Meanwhile... Back in Ness's Lab...

Ness yawns as she lays herself out in a white swivel chair, smoking a new cigarette. In both of her hands are two modified G18 machine pistols still smoking from having to fire for so long. There are sets of bodies riddled with bullet holes all over the floor. She looks up at the sky blankly and sighs. "Crossholt... Nishida... Things have changed..."

Soon enough, a girl in a spider print dress walks into the lab and the scene before her and gasps, bringing her hands to her mouth. Ness gives a tired look toward the girl and shakes her head. "You're way too late, kid. I had to handle all the goons on my own. Luckily for you, none of my research got touched."

The girl nods slowly as she steps forward, speaking in a bit of a meek, high-pitched voice. Her long violet hair draped down toward her hips as she shivered a bit. [color=FF0099] "I-I'm sorry, Miss Ness... I tried, but I got held up by..." [/color] She gives a quick look toward the guitar case she has hanging on her shoulder.

"Whatever.. What's done is done... However, you're gonna make this up to me now." Ness slowly gets out of her chair, holsters the pistols under her lab coat and walks the girl into the portal room. "I've made modifications to this interdimensional portal device and it can now open a two-way gate between two dimensions."

The scientist turns to the guitar girl and stares the scared little thing straight in her blue eyes. The girl seems to shrink a bit as Ness continues. "You're going to do two things for me: 1. You're going to find Crossholt and Nishida in the dimension I send you to and relay to them that they are to stay in that dimension until further notice. They are going to be the rust that slows and destroys the gears of our enemy's operation...."

The girl's eyes start tearing up a bit and her voice becomes a bit hoarse. [color=FF0099] "WHAT!? But Rex and Yuki need to come back! I need to know that they're safe... And how can they be a help to us if they're--" [/color] Ness interrupts "2. You're going to assess their strengths and the strength of any sort of group they may be with. Report back to me as soon as possible after your fight." The girl just stares at Ness dumbfounded. Smiling, the scientist looks at the girl with kinder looking eyes. "Let's just say... Our enemy knows they're there too and they're sending some big guns to take them out. Since that's the case... our chances to finally take them out hae never been higher. I'm counting on you... Akira..."

Understanding what was going on, Akira nods, the tears in her eyes giving way to a look of determination. [color=FF0099] "That seems a bit cruel to those two... but I'll do my best, Ness. I'll set out as soon as I can!" [/color] Ness nods and walks back into her chair. "The longer you wait, the more piles of bodies you'll see." [color=FF0099] "EEEWWWWwwww....!" [/color] The girls runs out of the lab looking a bit pale as Ness chuckles to herself.

"You do know you don't have to say your response out loud when it talks to you"

[color=01B7FF]"You mean what we've seen of Miss Nishida is her being unusually calm, zam?"[/color] Yukimaru asked Rex, sounding somewhat disbelieving on account of how often she'd seen Yukino get worked up and involved with violence.

"How can she hate games? I certainly did not peg her as the sort of joyless individual that took no pleasure in life. In fact, that is most certainly the last thing I would peg her as." Rozalin commented.

Rex scratches his head and gives Yukimaru a blank look. [color=008888] "On a normal night, she randomly walks into a bar and the entire block burns down. That basically happens every night. Kind of why she has this huge bounty on her." [/color]

Turning to Roz, he shakes his head. [color=008888] "Oh... I should've said she hates video games. She loves playing any other type of game with people." [/color]

Yukino's face turns red for a moment and she leaps at the trainer, looking exceptionally psychotic. [color=bb66bb] [HEADING=3]"RAAAAAWWWWWWWWWR!"[/HEADING] [/color]

Espeon tries to hold Yukino back with his mind abilities. Ethan started to get the other pokemon out

Yukimaru sighed and shook her head at Rex's response. [color=01B7FF]"I wonder what's kept her from just trying to outright kill us all if she's that kind of person, zam."[/color]

"Oh." Rozalin curtly replied. "What is a 'video game'? I am afraid I have never heard of such a thing." She asked. The conversation had gotten to the point where it was enough to hold her attention, so she shut her book after making a note of the page and set it aside.

They both looked up again as they heard Yukino scream. [color=01B7FF]"Do you think we need to try and do something about that, zam?"[/color]

With her scythe still out, Yukino slashes at the air around her and breaks free of Espeon's psychic hold. She goes to punch the trainer in the face, but stops just as her fist hovers in front of his nose [color=bb66bb] "Nevermind... I don't have time to waste on you..." [/color] She walks off the roof and walks into the city to cool herself off.

Rex shrugs toward Yukimaru. [color=008888] "Probably because she's taken a liking to some of you guys. Her virus may have changed her personality as well... And I'd rather leave her be..." [/color]

Truning to Roz, Rex scratches his head. [color=008888] "A video game is a type of game you play by controlling another character or thing on another screen. It's like doing a puppet show, except a lot less lame and more immersive." [/color]

 

[Demonjazz]

Ethan stood there in utter fear. Espeon took him down to the lower levels. "She very scary" He said almost breaking down in tears

 

[Drakmorg]

Yukimaru continued to look up, but stopped when after several moments she could no longer hear anything. [color=01B7FF]"I think it may have already resolved itself anyway, zam."[/color] She said to Rex. [color=01B7FF]"I wonder what kind of people she could possibly take a liking to, zam."[/color] She pondered aloud to herself.

Rozalin simply shrugged when she no longer heard anything from the roof. "Oh. I do not particularly care for puppet shows. I doubt I would find such things entertaining." She replied to Rex. She shuddered slightly as Rex's analogy seemed to bring something up in her mind.

Rex looks up as well. [color=008888] "I really wouldn't be able to guess... As long as I've known her, I still don't know much about her..." [/color] At this, he looks down at his chain for a moment.

He shrugs at Roz, a bit concerned after seeing her shudder. [color=008888] "Ah. Maybe I should've compared it to something different... You alright, Roz?" [/color]

 

[Drakmorg]

Yukimaru raises an eyebrow at Rex looking at his chain. [color=01B7FF]"Does that chain have something to do with her, zam?"[/color]

"Yes. Everything is fine. I was simply reminded of why I do not care for puppet shows." Rozalin replied to Rex as she regained her composure.

Rex snaps out of his stupor for a moment and shakes his head. [color=008888] "No.. no... It has to do with something else." [/color]

Turning to Roz, he raises an eyebrow. [color=008888] "...Why's that?" [/color]

[color=01B7FF]"Then why were you looking at it, zam? Did what we were talking about perhaps remind you of this 'something else', zam?"[/color]

Rozalin sighed at Rex and said, "I would prefer to not share it. It is not really a story I enjoy telling. Or at least, I do not think I would enjoy telling it."

Rex pauses for a moment then nods. [color=008888] "Yeah, it did. I already told you something about it right?" [/color]

He looks over at Roz and nods again. [color=008888] "Alright then. If you really don't want to, I won't force you to." [/color]

OOC: I'm feeling pretty tired, so I'm gone for bed.

[color=01B7FF]"I can't seem to recall if you did or not, zam."[/color] Yukimaru replied to Rex. She shrugged and said, [color=01B7FF]"Oh well, I think over it and see if I remember anything, zam. For now, I need to sleep, zam."[/color] She yawned, then went off and curled up in a corner of the Warhammer to sleep.

Rozalin nodded in thanks to Rex. "I appreciate you not forcing the issue. Perhaps I might be inclined to share it at a later date. Assuming we do not part ways before then." She replied. Yukimaru's yawn proved infectious for her, causing her to yawn and daintily cover her mouth as she did. "For now though, sleep." She said as she laid down across the seat next to her and quickly began to slumber.

Rex sighs for a moment as he rolls over onto his back and looks up at the ceiling.

[color=bb1100] ...Do they really need to know about this? [/color]
[color=008888] Any help's better than none at all... Not to mention, I haven't been able to find anything that could be considered as a soul transferring device... [/color]

He drifts off to sleep.

"Thanks you uh mister war man. You sound like more of a war hero than Lieutenant Surge but don't worry about me. I have my Pokemon to protect me" Alakazam came over to Sabre bowing slightly. Yumi was still watching the pokemon in awe with his spoons now circling his head "I think it's one of those pokemon thingies the kid keeps talking about"

"Saber John Saber and i guess i am a war hero of sort" he said before bowing slightly back

OOC:come on demon i really want Saber to care and protect the kid
