Spoiler: Black's view

Black would see Mato and Yomi hangiong out with each other, like they were in the days before the Hazama. Black sighed as she looked on. "Is this....her dreams....my dreams....or is it...a future sight to become..." Black thought to herself, as she watched the image.

Spoiler: Dead master's view

D.Master would see herself cutting up and killing someone, who looked a bit like someone from the group. "Yes! this is truly a mark of the future!" She said, grinning like mad.

Spoiler: Holly's view

Holly would see a family, just hanging out with each other. the only face she would see was her own, the rest were covered in shadows/shade. "Mama?....Papa?..." he called out, putting her hand out to try and grab the image.

"Hm, whoever wrote this letter is clearly insane, none of this makes any sense... what's this?" he said, looking at whatever the coiling thing is

Spoiler: Echo's delusion.

Echo was quite confused by all the mist. Then, she started to see things. She saw expensive looking dresses, jewelry, perfume, and things of that nature. All were just in her taste, and some items were things she had always fantasized about having. She took a step toward the items, then found she was on a stage. Glancing around, she saw some of her family on stage with her. Others were in the front row of the crowd, which was quite large. They all waited in hushed anticipation, staring intently at her. She felt slightly self-conscious, but then her little sister smiled at her as she adjusted herself on the piano bench, ready to provide musical accompaniment. Inspecting herself, Echo found she was already wearing the most beautiful dress she could have imagined. These things gave her confidence and courage. She took a deep breath and started to sing. Her voice rolled over the crowd and enchanted them like the greatest spells. She worked like the most powerful magician, wizard, or witch in the land, letting the lovely tune flow from her like a warm, sweet spring. They all smiled and wept at the sheer beauty of the song, and the one who sung it. When she finished, the crowd applauded her uproariously, standing and showering her their praise.

Anna, her charming and rambunctious little sister, dressed in her own fabulous dress with adorable bows tied up in her strawberry blond hair, ran up beside her older sister and bowed deeply, grinning from ear to ear. Echo was more than happy to share the spotlight with her sister, and it warmed her heart to see the little girl so happy. She herself made several bows, the crowd almost deafening her with their applause.

Valvatorez poked the hole

OOC: Sorry for how long this took.

Rozalin looked away from the window in horror as she spotted a glimpse of what was happening outside before the fog thickened and prevented her from seeing anything. She pressed herself up against the wall, filled with fright as she hoped whatever was out there would ignore her. She shut her eyes for a few moments, only opening them once it seemed that all the screaming and sounds of havoc had ceased.

Spoiler: Rozalin

Once she opened her eyes again, she found herself back near her mansion, standing in a field of white flowers. "I am...home? W-What is going on?" She muttered to herself, still shaken, and now confused on top of that. She started frantically looking around to get a sense of her surroundings.

"Rozalin? Are you out here dear?" A feminine voice called out from the mansion's back door.
As Rozalin looked back at the mansion, she noticed a very regal-looking woman dressed in intricate, elegant clothing. "I...who are you?" Rozalin called out to the woman as she stayed where she was.
The woman, having heard Rozalin, smiled and stepped out of the doorway to meet her. "There you are darling. You certainly like this field that your father planted for you, don't you? They are quite lovely this time of year." The woman said, her tone sounding gentle and caring.

"I...I ask again, who are you?!" Rozalin practically shouted at the woman.

"Rozalin! I'm hurt. You don't recognize me?"

Before Rozalin could reply, another voice shouted out from the same doorway, "Ah, there you two are! I was starting to get worried."The second voice sounded far more masculine. As Rozalin looked for the source, she found a tall, blond man, just as regal and elegant looking as the woman. The man stepped out and joined Rozalin and the woman where they stood.

"W-Who are you people?! I demand an explanation!" Rozalin shouted.

The man and woman exchange worried glances, then looked back at Rozalin. "Are you feeling sick dear? How is it that you do not recognize us?"

"Yes, perhaps we should call the doctor, Zenon dear. Our daughter seems to not recognize us."

What the woman said hit Rozalin like a ton of bricks. "...M-M-Mother?...F-Father?" She stammered out, tears forming in her eyes.

"Yes dear?"

"Is something wrong?"

Although she didn't know how she came to be here, Rozalin found herself no longer caring. The idea of simply being able to meet her parents was far too joyful for her to try and be skeptical about it. She simply ran forward and hugged the man and woman, tears beginning to stream down her cheeks.

The man and woman, after a moment of surprise, hugged Rozalin back.
"You didn't answer your mother's question dear." The man pointed out.
"N-No. Nothing is wrong. Nothing at all...[sub]now.[/sub]" Rozalin happily said as she embraced her parents.

Yukimaru stayed on her guard the entire time. Though the sounds outside greatly unsettled her, she certainly didn't show it. She began to glance around much more often as her vision turned white with the mist.

Spoiler: Yukimaru

As Yukimaru blinked, she found her vision replaced with darkness instead of whiteness, though she wasn't too thrown off by this. She felt something tap her on the shoulder and quickly turned around...then found herself stunned by what she saw. Standing in front of her was a rather tall man, seeming to tower over her. He and Yukimaru shared quite a bit of resemblance with each other. "Hmm? Is something wrong sister? You look like you've seen a ghost." The man asked.
[color=01B7FF]"Fu-Fubuki?"[/color] Yukimaru asked, still somewhat stunned by what she saw.
"Yes? What is it? I came to tell you that dinner is ready. So stop training in this dank cave already." The man, now identifiable as Fubuki, replied.
Looking around and taking in her surroundings, Yukimaru found she was in a cave. The same cave she was forced to flee to when she was a young child. She looked over Fubuki once again, then noticed something...off, about his appearance. [color=01B7FF]"I...what happened to your eyes, zam? They aren't white anymore, zam."[/color]
"Huh? White? Why would my eyes be white?"
[color=01B7FF]"Well, you lost your sight when our village was attacked fifteen years ago, zam."[/color]
"Attacked? What you going on about? Snow Melody hasn't been attacked in over 100 years."
[color=01B7FF]"I...what, zam?"[/color] Yukimaru replied, finding herself stunned once again.
Fubuki sighed and shook his head. "Maybe you just had a weird dream, or caught something in this cave. Let's go and see the doctor." Fubuki took Yukimaru's head and led her out of the cave. After her eyes adjusted, Yukimaru saw her village, Snow Meolody, as she remembered it when she was five. Dozens of traditional Japanese-styled houses, with lots of similarly dressed individuals going about their daily life. The sight brought a tear to her eye as Fubuki led her along, with Yukimaru simply being too stunned, and deep down, happy, to question anything that was happening.

On a separate note, I suddenly think I understand what Nail feels like when he acts evil...

As Valvatorez poked his finger through the whole, he would notice that the end of it hadn't appear on the other side of the paper. He would begin to feel an intense searing, burning pain along the entire part of the finger that was missing all the way up to where it entered the hole. The shadowy things that had been protruding from the hole began spreading on the opposite side of the paper and slowly started forming into a black glossy shape that resembled his finger. On the side that Val was facing more of the tendrils slowly made their way up his finger and towards his hand.

As the mist cleared in front of her eyes, Eve saw a strange sight. One she thought she would never get to see but it was somehow all laid out before her. She tentatively took a step forward in what to her seemed to be an alien environment when a distance figure turned and called out to her. She was at first surprised before tears began streaming down her face as she ran towards the person and embraced them.

The Disciple continued along the quay as those under her command and on the other side of the rips in space tore into the few people who looked blissful and free and others that simply continued to scream in terror with full awareness of the situation going on around them. She was steadily approaching the Warhammer as all the delusions continued to hold complete sway.

OoC: This better be going towards something as interesting as what everyone else is getting...

With a yell Valvatorez began trying to pull his hand away from the letter

Fenrich dashed over and tried to help him

"This is rather terrible magic." Nem said as she followed beside the crazy lady, her arms crossed and a deep frown on her face.

Rex continues to shake a bit as Erica calmly continues to sit on the couch. She stretches herself out and admires her hands for a moment. [color=bb1100] "I must say... whoever created this did quite a good job on it. Everything feels just like my body did." [/color] She turns to Rex a bit saddened. [color=bb1100] "But sadly for me and you, this dream has to end. I'm not going to be satisfied with an illusion. Hopefully, you'll keep your word and this will all become a reality... but until then..." [/color] The demon calmly walks up to the alchemist with a huge amount of white lightning stored into her right fist.

[color=bb1100] "This might sting a little..." [/color] Erica swings an uppercut straight to his chin, sending him flying upward through the roof.

Yukino continues in her stupor as she basks in her illusioned glory.

OOC: @Fur: Oh it is.

As Valvatorez's finger seemed to be impossibly held in place by the pain and hole in the letter, the black shadowy tendrils finished copying the shape and structure of the end of Val's finger forming a black, shiny flesh that felt slightly sickening to look at. A tiny hiss was heard before the end of the faux opened up in a spiked maw that suddenly chomped down into the centre of the finger tip and it felt like Valvatorez's finger had something digging into his flesh. Slowly as the shadows substitute replaced Val's original finger tip the tendrils digging through the original's flesh reached his nerve. Valvatorez's suddenly experienced a startling number of visions rushing through his mind detailing dark places that the living should never tread with a whole mind, of beasts that seemed disgustingly horrible and terrible yet beautiful to behold, sights of massive deaths, of murders of whole planets, of places far beyond the worlds he has walked as well as the dark chambers that connects them. Finally a burning room lit by blue flames was shown which at the centre stood a figure drenched in shadows who simply looked at Valvatorez so that he knew him before saying "So sorry I was only able to provide a small symbiotic horrorterror for this day." The visions then cut out and Valvatorez's hand was released with a force that would push him off his feet. If he should inspect his hand now, he would find that the end of the finger that he had placed in the hole was gone now, replaced by the sickening black mass that goaded him by resembling his original's shape greatly. Snaking down from that over the remaining white of the finger were more lines of similar black flesh that ended just above his hand's palm.

OOC: Oh, are we still doing the whole vision thing? I wasn't sure if we were supposed to continue with that.

Rozalin and Yukimaru continued to be rather indisposed.

In her head, Rozalin was still hugging her parents, tears of joy streaming down her cheeks.

Yukimaru took in the sights of her old village, being led about by the hand by her brother as she looked around in awe.

OoC: @Nile, aww I wanted the happy vision thing >_<

"Hmph, well that was quite foolish of me... that whole experience gave me some ideas for the future though." looking down at the thing that had replaced his finger, he began to yell at it "As for whatever you are, I'll have you know that my willpower knows no bounds. If you attempt to take over my body, I assure you that you will be met with a resistance impossible to overcome!"

Fenrich could do nothing for his Lord, but in his mind he vowed to shred the throat of whomever was behind this.

@Dot: Oh you've made it much easier for Rex to experience the part that comes after. The mist is still thick btw.
@Fur: Nop, Valvatorez gets the evil finger monster and painful visions. If he runs for the docks he still might get some happy visions with Fenrich.

The thing that was now part of Valvatorez's finger nibbled on his nerves.

As Nem walks beside the Disciple, she would hear a calm and quiet voice speak as if it were coming from the air. "You are of godkind aren't you? That is why you do not caress yourself in a pleasant dream of what you desire before the truth rips through?"

 

[Furioso]

Valvatorez glared at the thing on his finger. He thought for a moment before deciding. In one quick movement, he brought out his sword, and sliced the finger off below where the mass was. "...Come Fenrich, we shouldn't have tried this alone in the first place. Let us find our comrades." The two headed for the docks, as Valvatorez's healing abilities stopped the bleeding in seconds.

As the mass dissolved into a black shadowy smoke, the stump that was now Valvatorez's finger had a small black dot appear in the centre of it. Slowly that dot became a small mound before fully returning to the shape of and replacing the faux finger that had been there before.

"I am not a god, no. Merely a muse. And, I know far too much about magic to be fooled into thinking that it could bring such pleasures. Certainly not without a very dear price." Nem said easily, even chuckling near the beginning of her statement.

Echo continued enjoying her vision.

Rex shakes his head stunned as he comes to in the real world. With the thick mist all around him, he keeps low and aimlessly wanders around the Warhammer, trying to find an exit. He slips on his headphones to cancel out the screams as he looks down at his chain. To his surprise, Erica audibly talks to him.

[color=bb1100] "...Don't mention it, kid. Even if it's taken you forever, you haven't stopped trying." [/color]
[color=008888] "Heh... Even before I said anything..." [/color]
[color=bb1100] "It's been long enough that I know what you're thinking... usually. Anyway, stay low for now. This mist is screwing with my sensing abilities right now." [/color]

Yukino starts lifted up and tossed into the crowd of cheering clansmen, laughing and shouting as well, soaking up the moment. Her smile decreases a bit as she sees an out-of-place, blue haired foxgirl dressed in a gray tanktop and black jeans. The girl's silhouette is periodcally obscured by what looks like TV static. She simply shakes her head at Yukino before walking away. Yukino, stunned, decides to follow the girl, the crowd not far behind.

"Ha! You're a feisty one... I'll have to think of something later." The two reached the area of the docks
