OOC: Now... I was around for a bit in WAOA 3. And I miss doing it, but I kind of left without saying goodbye. Stuff got hectic. Is it still open to join here, and can I bring back Sephiroth? I left him... sort of hanging around. Travelling, if I remember correctly... I can't spend long every day doing this, but I miss it and I do wanna get back into it.
(If I can't bring Sephy back that's cool, I'll find some other character to play as.)

Black drove over the dune, making the bike skid a little as it landed on the ground. "At least we don't have overgrown worms to deal with for the moment.......you still okay back there?" She asked Rex as she let the bike cool off for a moment.
Jensen glared at Jack as the strange man laid him on the floor.
"I don't particularly want him." He grunted. Rather than respond, however, the man used some kind of cloaking device and disappeared. Jensen frowned and triggered his neural scanners to find the man, but they turned up blank. He really had vanished, to Jensen's surprise.
"Crap."

"I personally only heard from the rest of the squad but seithr is apparently the byproduct of a beast that nearly destroyed the Earth 101 years ago. Wherever it that beast went, it produced seithr which made that area completely toxic. Only after humans learned to use this seithr with Ars Magus, or magic if you prefer, did they destroy the beast." Bullet paused for a moment.
"As for absorbing... In my world's case, now its simply part of life. Thirteen cities were created high in the clouds or mountains to escape the seithr miasma. There's no way to clean it up now. Only use it, then wait for it to replenish."

OOC: @Nile Well, Sephy's not from Earth either so... Hm. I can't really start playing in earnest until tomorrow anyway so... Would you mind if I try bringing him back then? Might need a bit of help catching up on what's happened :3 I'm such a noob, but hot damn I love this sort of thread.

Black hopped off her bike and dismissed it, making it transform back into her transmitter she walked over to it and picked it back up. she then walked over to Rex. "I'm going to guess that's sarcasm...." She said to him, then extended her arm as a offer to 'help him' back up.
Jensen looked up from Jack's body to Bullet, his fingers flexing in anticipation of an attack by the man who had disappeared.
"Not sure I do prefer magic, but it probably isn't the strangest thing I've heard today." He said. "It sounds like this... beast caused one hell of an ecological disaster. The cities of our world have been spreading their own poisons for centuries now, and on a global scale in the last couple of decades, but I'm guessing this is something more severe."

Rozalin continued to look for a less steep way down the sand-dune, when she suddenly remembered something and planted her face in the palm of her hand. My goodness, I can be dense sometimes. She stepped off the edge of the dune and used her wings to gently and gracefully glide down and land several meters from where Eve had fallen and where the others were gathering. She didn't care to exert the effort to dig Eve out of the sand, especially since the blue-haired man was already doing so. She started looking over the environment, hoping to see something other than a sea of sand.
As she was looking around, she noticed Derpy flying towards her. She raised an eyebrow at odd sight. Thinking it might be hostile, she placed a hand on her pistol as she kept it in her dress, just in case.

Bullet shrugged. "Its simply life now. 'Its a curse and blessing at the same time' or at least that's what the guys always told me." Bullet's hands balled up into a fist. She still wanted revenge for her group. But then she sighed.
