As the group enter the town, they will notice that there are various people and humanoid creatures about. There's a group of people those whole bodies are covered entirely and wear Gas masks on their face standing near the entrance to an alley way, insectoid beings bickering amongst each other outside what appears to be a store and a bear walking on two legs stumbling out of a tavern/inn type place. Additionally, there are some people who look like Eve milling about the town in different styles of dress.

The man raises his eyebrow, "And that's... where?"
Alright, where am I?
"I'm sorry, but I don't know what that is."
He hears Sir Sable's question, and says, "I'm Harry Dresden, Wizard... as to why I'm here, I honestly have no idea, something to do with being drunk, a shotgun, Queen Mab, and a sorcerer..."

 

[Saltyk]

"Eve, can you tell me where the leader of this town is? I'd like to meet him and ask him for help or advice." Ryu asked as they entered the town.

"Y-yes?" Royce asked.

Balthier continued to walk towards the town in the distance. I wonder what this place will look like up close. Maybe the architecture will tell me more about this land then the inane ranting of... what's her name again? "Hmm..." shurgging, he continued walking. Upon seeing the town's peculiar inhabitants, Balthier gave them a interested look. Never before had he seen people that looked like these. Alright... I am most certainly no longer in Ivalice... That begs the question... where have I ended up?

"A mix of my own strength and Ars Magus, or magic if you prefer." Bullet smiled, entering the town.

".... huh." was all she said about the people there.

"Maybe it was the Sahara. It was... a weird journey." He tapped at his armcomp, pulling up a cover of dune and flipping to a picture of one of its sandworms. "Like these then? Would have been awesome to see those. Would have made it a right good sci fi." he then looks at some of the people wandering around town, gawping at the insectoids and gas masks. "This would work in a pinch too, I suppose."

"No....were Ive come from they have yet to exist...." She explained to Lld, then turned to Daniel. "It's a neural point in Dimensions called the 'Hazama'.....a place between Heaven, Earth and hell......a place were one can have there desires as long as they pay the price......It's a horrible world....those mechs you saw earlier are just a starting point to how dangerous the world is....." She said to Daniel, then sighed a little, she put her hand on the handle of her blade when she saw the town folk and creatures.

"I know naught of this 'Queen Mab' but I do wish to know how you do magic. I have been to many different worlds, and none of them have the same 'magic' that mine does. Please, explain your world's magic to me."

Rex nods at Bullet. [color=008888] "Makes sense. My electricity works almost the same way." [/color] As Rex looks around at the town, he's stunned by the animalistic residents of the town. As he coughs up a bit more blood, he turns to Eve [color=008888] "Soooo... where do I find a medic...?" [/color]

"Command come in. Sergeant Varan reporting. Ion storm apparently have ended. I'm located in the middle of desert, observing battle between some sort of critters and an unidentified personnel. Personnel consists of various armed people, unknown type cyborgs and... and... I don't... never mind. Please transmit further orders. Over."

"I repeat, sergeant Varan reporting. No Nod forces on sight. Tiberium also not present. I'm expecting further orders. Over."

"Command? Please come in. Over."
[switches radio off]
"What the hell is going on? Worms, people in ridiculous clothes, falling aircraft... wait it is still falling down? Makes no sense. And is there a winged pony flying around it? Winged pony. Winged pony! WINGED PONY!?!

That's it, I'm finally gone insane. Not that I'm surprised, I knew that war will eventually got me, but not like this! Hallucination of winged pony. Never expected to go this way.

"Hello? Sergeant Varan here. I'm requesting information. Where are we? I repeat where are we located? Over."
[switches radio off]

[Random berk]

Jensen started as he saw the image.
"Yeah. Yeah, that's exactly it! Dune, by Philip K. Dick... I've never read it, but I know it by reputation. What the hell are animals from Dune doing here?" He stared around at the aliens as they wandered into town, many of whom stared right back. Jensen flicked his shades over his eyes again.
"Aliens... and I thought augmentation was a lot to deal with." When they got to the cantina where the others were, he dumped Handsome Jack unceremoniously into the first chair he passed.

"Don't planets need a sun to orbit around though. How does this place exist without a sun"

Sable sees Rex coughing up blood and pulls out a healing potion, which he tosses over to him

"The logs didn't say specifically where this guy lives, just that the person who had visited here had met him and learnt about some of the things that he had done." she replied to Ryu. "The best place to find out would be to go ask at the tavern." she said whilst waving at someone dressed in nomadic clothes who had nodded in her direction. She then set off towards the tavern.

Eve looked sheepishly at Rex. "I kinda don't know. This town isn't really structured the same as mine so I don't know which buildings are shops and which aren't. Sorry."

OOC: Just moving my PC to the Kitchen whilst I cook.

"Hmmm.... Food. I'm hungry and I need food." Bullet said to herself, grinning alittle.

"Yeah, I mean, there were suggestions by Malcolm that there might be aliens, and that we should get a space program running, but its one thing to think about it, and another to see it with your eyes. And we need to fix that Dune problem you got. Book's really good. You got an E-reader that runs microsoft word? I've got a copy of it on there." He pulls up a seat near the back of the bar, making sure he could see the exit. "Want some water? I've got some gold shavings they might take for cash."

"It...It is just like any other world." Rozalin answered Daniel, trying to hide the nervousness in her tone. She looked around the town as she wandered the streets, absentmindedly following the others as she had not much else of an idea of what to do. She didn't bat an eye at the residents, as she didn't find their appearance terribly strange. Now that I am here, perhaps I can find a more competent guide then this woman who is prone to bouts of insanity. She pondered to herself. Looking over at Royce she said, "I was curious as to why you bothered helping me. Not to sound ungrateful, but why would you do that? I only hindered you. Surely leaving me to fall behind would have been the smarter course of action."

 

[Saltyk]

Ryu shrugs. "Never simple is it?"
He makes his way around town until he finds a local tavern and walks up to the bar. Once he gets a barkeepers attention, he asks. "Excuse me, I'm not looking for a drink. I just want to know where I can find the town's mayor or leader."

Derpy flies over to Veren "Hi Gas-Masky! What's your name? Why're ya hiding out here? I'm Derpy Hooves! Whats a halloosination?"
