OOC: Can anyone else imagine the Prinnies sliding all over the place?

Jack was walking along the corridor when he noticed it was tilting. "It appears the person who is flying my airship is not a very good pilot." he stated as he retrieved his Red Dragon pistol, checked it was loaded and began revolver spinning it. "That or he was born in a barrel of spirits." Darwin was slowly sliding backwards due to his heavy armour whilst Jack seemed to be perfectly still. "I think we should go give the pilot a piece of my mind." Jack said as he holstered his pistol and continued down the corridor with Darwin struggling slightly against gravity.

That was until he suddenly felt the ship crash and he slipped forward onto his face whilst Darwin fell backwards and slid down the way they had just come. As soon as they came to a stop, Jack stood up and straightened his mask. "It appears I have just been bested by a ship. I would usually take revenge right now but this just goes to show that this ship is definitely powerful enough to be mine." He said with pride whilst in the distance Darwin was having some trouble pulling a shoulder out of the wall. "Stop dallying! We still have to punish the pilot for his carelessness! Jack yelled at Darwin before spinning round and striding down the corridor. Darwin growled as pulled himself free and stood up to follow, silently cursing the man he was guarding.

Ryu took out his sword and stabbed it into the floor to use to keep himself steady. Even with that the 'landing' was rough.
He stood up and removed his sword from the floor sheathing it.
"They say any landing you can walk away from is good, right? Well, I suppose this one was okay..."

 

[DotSlash]

Rex, not holding onto anything, fell forward and faceplanted. He fell unconscious in an instant.

OOC: Night guys. Poor Rex, I can never actually let him sleep. ; -;

Mogelton tumbled through the door of the bridge and landed near the front, although severely dazed from the impact his small stature helped to keep him relatively unharmed.

"You can make the room stop spinning, kupo..." He mumbled, lying with his head on the floor and his feet propped sitting up the wall.

 

[Chungus]

OoC @Nile: OMG... More explosions. Te ship is out of commision for sure.

"It's a good thing the leading man never dies." Balthier said to himself as he stood up and dusted himself off...""I would have prefered it if this had not been necessary in the first place." He said to Ryu. Seeing Rex out cold, Balthier walked over to him and checked his pulse. Feeling he was still alive, he turned back to Ryu. "Right then. Now you can help. Look around for anyone who is wounded and heal them. Should the have had the wind knocked out of them like Rex here, bring them to the sleeping quarters."
Hearing Mogelton, Balthier couldn't help but chuckle at his remark.

 

[Saltyk]

"Right..." Ryu cast a quick healing spell on Rex, to be safe, and turned to leave the bridge. Something tells me this is about to get more complicated. But, if I am right, someone will learn why the Brood are feared.
He walks out the bridge exit.

OOC: @Nail: Welp dere goes that plan. So there was about 27 Prinnies left so does that require 27 instances of Captain Jack Sparrow asking people to stop blowing holes in the ship? "I'll gut those who keep blowing holes in my ship!" Not what I meant...

Jack and Darwin continue down the corridor.

Ryu began to look for those who may have been injured in the crash. Left hand always near his sword's hilt, just in case he needed to draw it.

OoC @Nile: It just might... This is now probably the most destroyed ship in WAOA.

In the chaos, Balthier hadn't noticed Bullet getting knocked out. Now only realizing what had happened, Balthier left the bridge and returned to the deck, fearing the worst. Upon reaching the deck, Balthier was suprised Bullet hadn't been thrown overboard, but rather ended up hanging in the railing. [sub]"First you survived the explosion at the castle and now this. How many four-leafed clovers did you pick to get this luck?"[/sub] he muttered to himself as he walked over to her and picked her up. He groaned upon seeing the trail of debris the airship had left behind before carrying Bullet to the communal sleeping quarters and laid her down on an empty bed.

Mogelton eventually slid down from the wall he was propped against, and laid there because he finally started to get his barrings again. Since nothing really hurt all that much and nothing seemed broke, after he got up he looked through his bag to make sure nothing was damaged. He seemed to be alone, he rubbed his arm nervously. "T-that was scary, kupo..." He said rather shaken since this was the first time this kind of thing ever happened to him.

Returning from the communal sleeping quarters, Balthier heard Mogelton speak. He walked over to him and asked, "Are you hurt?"

OOC: So who should I make Jack and Darwin encounter? Or should I just get them to hide in the sleeping quarters so that I can get some slepps?

Mogelton's ears perked up when he heard Balthier approaching, realizing he was still sitting on the floor, he looked up at Balthier. "I-I don't think so, kupo." he said as he let out a big sigh to try to calm himself down.

He slowly got to his feet, his professionalism wasn't present at the time, he was rather scared to bother with it at the moment. "How about you, kupo..?"

 

[Chungus]

OoC @Nile: Like Salty said, up to you. However, the sleeping quarters isn't exactly an ideal place to hide, as that is where everyone is at.

"I'm unharmed. But this is to be expected. I am the leading man afterall." Balthier replied with a slightly chuckle. "You sound quite shaken up however. You might to lie down for a while."

OOC: @Salty: I'll just have them hide then. Need mai slepps...

Jack and Darwin eventually reached a part of the corridor lined by doors. "Hmmm....Which one should we take..." Jack wanders along the doors and eventually chooses one at random and Darwin follows behind. They somehow end up in the engine room and become memorised with watching the Ship's power source flux.

OOC: Well it's not the sleeping quarters but they still aren't doing anything dangerous. Night guys.

Ryu finds anyone that wasn't in the sleeping quarters, heals them and takes them back there. Once there, he checks over those in there to ensure they are healthy. He makes sure to heal Bullet, though he chooses to ignore any injuries Ratsel has.

Of course Valvatorez and Fenrich were nowhere to be found. He had no clue what had happened to them.

And with that, Ryu himself goes to sleep.

OoC: Sounds good to me.

Mogelton looked at Balthier, and then down at his feet. "That would probably be for the best wouldn't it, kupo..?" He said, still holding onto his mail bag, even with the shock to his systems, protecting his cargo seemed to be a priority.

 

[Chungus]

"It would. You'll need your strength, as I think we'll need to have a message delivered tomorow." Balthier remarked as he flicked over a red switch, turning the engine off. He then turned back to Mogelton, picked him up and carried him to the sleeping quarters where he laid the Moogle down on an empty bed before laying down somewhere himself.
