You should be thanking the pilot for keeping you and everyone else alive. Though, I doubt you'll be alive much longer." Ryu replied keeping his face to Jack, but also keeping Darwin within sight at all times.

Royce couldn't help but look over at Adam and Bullet. It was at that moment, after hearing part of their conversation, he wondered if he had been too quick to judge Bullet...even if she had judged him rather quickly and unfairly. He thought that he wasn't acting the same since being away from his friends and teammates. He thought about how he might treat her differently in the future.
"Any time, Bullet. I'm going to be sticking around for the forseeable future, at least until we deal with this Overlords business, so if you ever want to talk, I'll be happy to listen." As he spoke, he stopped working on his forearm and the panels closed, allowing him to flex his wrist and fingers a few times to test tehm.

I have had my lodgings sullied by a man with a bird and explosives fetish, who also might I add enjoys destroying perfectly good flying craft if you weren't listening before, my face has been forced to unceremoniously meet with the ground due to the ineptitude of a pilot who does know that the blue thing is the sky and the brown and red thing is the ground and who could probably be bested by a dog and finally the place is mess and I have yet to receive a decent meal! Are you really part of the Official Complaint Department or are you simply some ruffian looking for a free coin purse?" replied Jack in his most regal sounding voice whilst standing as tall as he could.

"about to activate radar. If they're within 500 miles, and as large as you said, we'll have 'em." the radar sent out a ping, and any carrier sized items within 500 miles, repeating every few miles.
Now Royce was confused, not understanding how Adam was getting such a positive response from Bullet when he had never gotten anything but attitude. He slid a hand under his helmet to scratch his head while he thought about this.
"Some of us will be going incognito in the city that we're searching for when we get there. Jensen replied. "We could probably gather and bring back supplies when we're there, if we can't stock up beforehand." He noticed Royce looking across as he spoke.

For lack of anything better to do, he held up the armcomp and began tapping buttons in the hope to find out how the device worked. After pressing a few, he recieving the stinging sensation he had been warned about, making his arm trembled slightly. Unpleasant... I hope it won't be doing this continuously. To steady his arm, Balthier grabbed his wrist with his other hand.

Ha, insane he says. The fool can't comprehend the power of the being before him. "What I want..." Jack splutters. "I've already said what I want! I just said my complaints and now you're acting like you don't care. I really don't think you're part of the complaint department at all and if you are you certainly are bad at your job. I mean look at me." Jack opens his arms and hands out whilst one begins faintly crackling with electricity and the other has an icy mist form around it. "Does it look like I want anything?"
