Zach spun out and dove into the gap. "Go, go, go!" he yelled, dropping the ramp for the attack team to exit.
Balthier flung the rifle over his should and fastened the belt firm a form yank, then pulled out a hand bomb resembling a bronze WWII hand grenade from one of his pouches. Openening the exit of the Warhammer. He grabbed hold hold of the top part of the bomb and twisted it ninety degrees to the right, arming it. He held the bomb overhead while leaning out of the warhammer, holding on to the edge of the exit with his free hand. Spotting a cluster of soldiers, Balthier tossed the bomd towards them before jumping out. Upon hitting the ground, he rolled to break his fall, then darted towards the nearest cover where he crouched down and loosened the belt on his rifle and drew it.
OOC: @Salty: I'm not sure myself. If you're staying as Tiamat when you attack the Carrier then chances are not only will you kill the guards on the deck but also everyone else and if you battle Jack then it'll just be a constant cycle of ranged attack, dodge, poison, revive. I mean I don't even know if there's a limit to how long you character can stay dragon if he was able to turn into an even stronger one even after having his power was drained drastically.
Bryce put himself on the ramp, waiting for Roz to let loose suppression fire. Both pistols are out and aimed.
Ooc; @Nile: Not quite. I'm going with the idea that Jack drained that form, which is separate from Ryu himself. There's only one form, I am really putting a time limit on (his strongest). And I think you kinda summed up why the Jack fight shouldn't continue... Guess I'll have Tiamat show up to finish the Carrier fight off or something...

Balthier's bomb killed the crew maning one of the AA-turrets.
In addition to the soldiers already manning the AA-turrets, 20 Infantry Men and 3 Elites burst forth from the access hatch leading inside the Carrier. The Infantry spread out into groups of five and began laying down suppressing fire on the Warhammer. One soldier from each group loaded a HE grenade and waited for the Craft to get closer. The Elites gripped their Katanas and let out a burst of smoke before charging the Craft. From within the shadows of the access hatch, 5 red lights began tracking across the cockpit of the Warhammer and began taking precise shots.
Edit: @Salty: But the thing behind the Old Kingdom Magicks is that it affects the person's spirit and directly effects their life energy which their power is linked to. So when I said it was draining Ryu's power, it was effectively draining his ability to live.

Bryce cursed when he saw the elites and cursed again when he heard the sniper shots. He ran off the ramp, tagged twice by the supressing fire, while focusing his shots on the elites, firing 4 rounds into each Elites right leg.
Zach muttered nastily as he heard shots pinging off his craft, and began priming the engine for takeoff.
