[Chungus]

Seeing the hatch open, Balthier raised his rifle and looked down the sights, causing himself great pain with the sudden movement. Once most of the pain subsided, Balthier steadied his aim, almost grateful for the enemy movement, as it meant that they hadn't abandoned ship and thus gravely wasted the group's time. Upon seeing a laser sight being trained on Valvatorez, Balthier aimed for where the beam was comming from and fired.

 

[Furioso]

OoC: Alrighty, lets roll the dice and....oh...

The snipers bullet was right on target, slamming into the back of Valvatorez's head. Fortunately, his demon skull was strong enough to prevent the bullet from puncturing into his brain, but it did not stop the bullet from heavily cracking his skull. He fell forward onto the ground, unconscious and bleeding profusely from the head wound.

Fenrich fell to his knees in front of Valvatorez yelling "Lord Val!" As he knelt there wicked claws extended from his fingers, his teeth grew into long fangs, and his eyes began to glow yellow.

The sniper bowed his head in momentary victory when he saw Val fall to the floor from his bullet when he heard a bullet ricochet off the panel to his right before it buried itself in his arm. He yelled in pain before immediately retreating into the access hatch, leaving it open for anyone to access. Should the group decide to go inside they will enter a long corridor those walls are churning with machinery and occasionally letting off the odd vent of Steam and Smoke. If the group is quick enough they can catch the sniper as he runs for the other end of the corridor.

I honestly don't know why it's not part of the drinking game yet.

Marvin continued to discuss with the passing birds, and one flew up in the air before stopping in the air and falling down, landing on Marvin's head.
"It hated me, we had that in common."
He said in a morose tone, as if something horrible had beaten him to the ground, and when he tried to get up again, smashed him once more.

Black paused when she saw Valvatorez fall to the ground bleeding, her left eye blazed up as she ran and jumped down the hatch. "I really didn't want to fight..." She muttered, as she pulled out a pistol and take a few pot shots at the sniper.

 

[FPSfanatic]

Bryce rushed to the panel, revolver out. "Lets move people! Now's our shot!" he then rushed in, deftly avoiding the machinery.

 

[Kirke]

Marvin glanced at Bryce as he rushed in.
"I could calculate your odds of survival, but you wouldn't like them."
He then went back looking at the dead bird, now lying beside him.
OoC: That is me off for the night!

 

[TilMorrow]

Two of Black's shots missed the sniper and hit the machinery on the walls instead causing some gears to shift slightly and more smoke to come out than usual. Her third shot hit the sniper square on the back causing him to fall to the floor paralyzed.

At the end of the corridor is movement as two heavily armour figures come into view, one equipped with what can be described as a very large gun and the other a flamer.

Spoiler: Heavy Infantry Man and Pyro Specialist

They both raised their weapons in unison and fired as one rained bullets and the other flames down the corridor.

The other surviving sniper appeared behind the men and began taking aim at Bryce.

Group 2 GO!

OOC: Doing the move now so take some time to respond if ya want.

Fenrich gritted his teeth as if he were restraining something This is my chance, I cannot waste it! he thought as his claws and fangs slowly receded. He began to slowly drag Valvatorez away from the group and the combat, leaving a trail of blood

Edit: Fixed it by finding a picture that combined the two.

Seeing Bryce and Tarkus jumped down the hatch, Balthier ran towards it himself, but stopped near the entrance as he saw Valvatorez heavily wounded if not dead. Seeing as there was nothing he could do, Balthier set his mind on the task ahead and looked down the hatch. Although he was apprehensive about jumping in into the hatch and walking down the dark and narrow corridors, Balthier eventually followed after Bryce and Tarkus and jumped down, caing another pain flare to travel from his ankles towards his when he landed. Groaning, Balthier leaned against a wall and gripped his head. Once the pain subsided, Balthier heard the heavy gunfire echoeing across the hallway. He began making his way towards the sounds of the gunfire, pulling out a hand bomb from his pouch. Once he reached the end of the corridor, Balthier pressed himself against the wall and peeked around the corner to see where his allies stood, not wanting to blindly toss the bomb in fear of harming them.

The Heavy Infantry Man continued his suppression of the corridor as the Pyro Specialist began sweeping his flamer from side to side causing flames to dance from side of the corridor to the next. The sniper focused and took a shot at Bryce's right shoulder.

Over the sound of flames and gunfire, the sounds of orders being yelled and heavy footsteps began echoing from the corridor that the Heavy and Pyro was standing at the entrance of. In particular, the sound of steam and heavy metal steps were the loudest and getting louder still.

OoC: Dice time *rolls a 10*

Black got hit several times in her legs, she grunted off the pain and fired a chain at the Heavy Infantry Man and chained him up, she then fired a shot at the Pyro specialist.

Bryce took the shot in the shoulder, but rolled under the flames the flamer was spreading. He took another two rounds in the chest, but the flames sprayed out from his mouth, ending that to only spew acid.

Zachariah woke to see Fenrich dragging Val. "ah hell, move buddy! This guy needs a medic!"

OOC: @Dot: Sure you can lemme just add you to Group 2... and done.
Groups are now.
Group 1: Hatchy, FPS and Dirty.
Group 2: Fur, Nail and Dot.

The Heavy Infantry Man was shifting his fire to Tarkus as he came closer when he was suddenly tied up by Black's chain. He began working on trying to free himself. The Pyro continued to shift flames from side to side when Black's shot caused a dent in his armour and winded him for a moment. He then shifted his flamer in her direction once he recovered when Bryce's acid landed on the weapon. It suddenly began spewing fire out uncontrollably, nearly blanketing the whole corridor as it's valves melted. The sniper seeing Baltheir arrive focused on his left arm and took a shot.

The sound of heavy footsteps were getting closer.

Group 2 Go!

Fenrich continued to drag Valvatorez away. He turned to Zachariah and growled "No! ...Go help the others, I can take care of him."

Rex snaps awake and turns, seeing Val's bleeding skull. As he gets up and sees the open hatch, he already pieces together all he needs to know. His chain flashes red once more and takes its pistol form. [color=008888] "Hope they didn't get too far in without me..." [/color] Rex runs past Fenrich into the hatch with a shot already starting to charge up.

[color=BB1100] Charge at 16%... [/color]

 

[Chungus]

Balthier shrieked in pain as the sniper's bullet imbedded itself in the already hurting bones of his left arm. His eyes widened when he saw he had dropped the bomb, but blew a sigh of relief when he remembered he had yet to arm it quickly after. Having just caught a glimpse of how the situation was before he got hit and sizing it up as not too good, Balthier figured he needed to take a risk and throw the bomb regardless. After moving away from the edge of the corridor slightly to avoid getting shot again, Balthier picked the bomb up with his right arm, clamped the head of the bomb between his legs ad turned the handle around to arm it. He threw the bomb towards the enemies with a motion as if throwing a bowling ball, making the bomb roll over the floor, thus avoiding the jets of flame comming from the Pyro's malfunctioning flamethrower. "Explosive incoming!" he yelled as he threw, hoping his allies would hear and back away.
