OOC:Yea Ratsel's IS armour wouldn't fit in the corridor. It's the size of a regular one.

Tarkus knocked the Elite to the floor however his stabs didn't seem to stop it from moving as more steam started venting from it's wounds and it began to grasp it's sword with two hands and bring it down on Tarkus. But as it began to bring it down Bryce arrived and added more holes to the wounded armour. Eventually it gave in and went limp before suddenly exploding like the battle armours from before.

At the end of the corridor that the group was in, was another corridor splitting to left and right. One path takes them towards the bridge, the other to the more room dense part of the ship. Which path do they take?

Group 2 Go!

 

[Chungus]

Seeing the Elite fall down, Balthier pressed himself against the wall, thinking it would explode like the others before it. After it indeed did explode, Balthier peeked around the corner again and saw that all the enemies in the corridor had been taken out. Balthier stood up and walked further into the coridor where the rest was. Seeing as how Tarkus had been sitting right ontop of the Elite when it blew up, Balthier dashed over to him to see if he was wounded. Although he couln't do much if that were the case, he could hopefully at least prevent Tarkus from bleeding out until someone capable of healing arived.

Valvatorez woke up. He sat up with a groan and rubbed the back of his head. Behind his hair was an unseen jagged scar where the skull and skin had been healed, but was weak.

Fenrich smiled "Good to see you awake, my Lord. May I exact revenge for you?"
All Valvatorez managed to say was "Ughh... yes."

Fenrich took off like a shot towards where the rest of the group was

Rozalin caught up with Ryu and told him, "I saw one of our mutual allies back above deck who looked rather injured. It didn't seem life threatening, but she didn't look to be in 'good' shape either." Moving to regroup with the others, she noticed the split path. "Pehaps we shouldn't split up completely? Someone should go with Rex. I will find Eve. I shall not allow these ruffians to treat a servant of mine so poorly." She suggested. She approached the path leading to the 'not the bridge' part of the ship, peering around the corner of the path to make sure she wasn't walking right into an enemy ambush.

The path that Rozalin and Rex took continues for a while before it splits yet again. Down the left path, the sound of whispered orders can be vaguely heard above the noise of boots being put on and lockers being slammed shut. On the right path, the sound of moans and groans of pain can just be heard over the rhythmic stomping of boots and barked orders.

@Nile: Uh, might be a little late in pointing this out, but Rozalin went the other way than Rex, not the same way.

Caesar stared at the paths available. He grinned and went to the bridge, chameleonic skin activating, a tail extending itself, his shield snd spear being absorbed to produce two claws, thick and grooved, from his shoulders. His footsteps slowly diminishing in sound.
Zach followed Rozalin and Rex.

"If you mean the pair of Demons, I aided the injured one before I came down here. He may survive..." Ryu replied to Rozalin. Seeing Balthier and Tarkus, he stops. "Allow me."
Green energy wraps around his hand like smoke from a fire. He waves his hand over Tarkus, causing the injuries to mend slightly. "That should do. It should prevent him from bleeding out at least." Don't want to waste all of my strength on this sort of minor task...
Coming to the split in the path, Ryu allowed the flames on his blade to extinguish and then followed after Rozalin.
"[sub]Stay calm and we'll deal with anything that comes our way. Worse case scenario, run, and I'll deal with them...[/sub]"

OoC: yeah, I think Rex went to the bridge.

Bullet walked past the few battered corpses in the corridor, eventually coming to the first split in the road.

Ratsel frowned behind her helmet at the small entrance way as a fair majority of her armor dematerialized, save the chest area and her arms, allowing a free enough spacing. "[sub][sub]Right then.[/sub][/sub]" she muttered, taking out a beam sabre and her fang slasher.

She eventually reached Bullet the split. Ratsel took the direction NOT towards the bridge while Bullet followed towards the bridge.

OOC: Oh right my bad I'll repost both paths below then.

The path that Rozalin took continues for a while before it splits yet again. Down the left path, the sound of whispered orders can be vaguely heard above the noise of boots being put on and lockers being slammed shut. On the right path, the sound of moans and groans of pain can just be heard over the rhythmic stomping of boots and barked orders.

The path that Rex took towards the bridge was strangely quiet considering a soldier had run down here not long ago. As they continue down the path the corridor ends at stairs leading into an open space.

Edit: OOC: @Nail: Well there are however the language would be unreadable. Admittedly sense of direction would lead you left for front of the ship and right for the back area. And the bridge is always at the front of a ship.

Valvatorez sat on the ground, trying to collect his thoughts

Fenrich opted to take the path that led to the bridge of the ship, using his great speed to catch up to Rex and barrel into the open space

[sub]"No, it was most certainly a girl that I saw was injured, that one with the large jacket....Though she seemed to have been missing it."[/sub] Rozalin quietly said in reply to Ryu as she heard the sounds of movement. She rolled her eyes at Ryu suggesting that she run, but didn't say anything as she didn't want to possibly give away her position. She took a deep breath and turned right at the split.

After Tarkus had been healed, Balthier stood up and took a moment to look at the split in the path, deciding where to do. His gaze drifted to the wall where he spotted a sign, but couldn't read the alien text. Eventualy, he picked the left path, hoping it would lead to the bridge, intending to finally commandeer the carrier.

The open area that the group heading for the bridge entered turns out to be the hold/hanger of the Carrier and at first seems to be empty when suddenly 15 red lights started dancing over the stairs they were descending coming from the walkway on the other side of the hold and began picking targets amongst them. Additionally, at the bottom of the hold four more Heavy Infantry Men appeared and began suppressing the stairs with heavy fire.

The right path that Rozalin took eventually revealed a small group of Five Infantry Men being ordered by another to keep a vigilant watch over the cells before the the man giving orders disappeared down a corridor at the end. The Five saluted before 3 began patrolling the corridor and two other positioned themselves at either end of the corridor.
