OOC: I guess FPS has gone to sleep.
The grenade that Fenrich had lodged in his back detonated blowing him off the Catwalk and to the floor of the hanger with a crash. He was knocked unconscious. The snipers who had been trained on him turned and began firing at Bullet as she ran out. The explosive fireball she threw at the heavies knocked one of them onto his back and staggered the other. As one tired to get back onto his feet the other quickly recovered and began directing a hail of bullets after Bullet as she ran.
The Infantry Man was about to turn back when he felt something touch him. He would have screamed had his vocal cords not been incinerated by Ratsel's beam sabre. Instead he made a strange gurgling noise that the Infantry Man who had been nodding off heard. He began heading towards the source of the noise whilst calling out "Is everything alright down here?"

Hearing bullets impact against the container he was behind, Balthier let himself slump down to the floor in the hope to avoid getting hit against should one of the bullets makes its way through. He gripped his stomach and began making pained moans as the bullet that had lodged itself in his bowel was being forced out. He could feel it moving inside him, first leaving the ruptured organ, then through the entrance wound, occaionally making a gush of blood squirt out. As the bullet finally left the wound and dropped to the ground with a *pling* noise, Balthier gasped for air as he dealt with the excrutiating pain of it. Breathing heavily, he looked down to see his wound closing. After recuperating slightly, Balthier pulled his dagger out from the sheathe behind his belt and held it around the corner of the container, hoping to spot where the enemies were standing in the reflection of the blade while resolving to loot one of the fallen soldiers' armour once they room was cleared.
Edgar had reached the hanger bay to find that all the soldiers had their sights trained on someone in the group. Intending to make good use of the moment, Edgar pulled out the Auto-Crossbow, attached the scope and looked down it as he began walking towards the nearest cover. Once he had the snipers in his sights, Edgar unleashed a volly of 20 bolts at them before running for it.
OoC @Nile: I dunno. I kinda want to have this thing over and done with.

1) With one soldier approaching it would easy to take him out as well. Without drawing too much attention.
2) If the guards are alarmed, then Ratsel will draw attention to herself, forcing them to focus on her and (Hopefully) the others will stay in the shadows and wait for the guards to continue following after her back to the Warhammer where Royce and Valvatorez are, drawing out a majority of the forces from the cell block area.
3) If the others are spotted, well free reign I guess. If Eve is that important, then the carrier people wouldn't have gone through the trouble of getting her right?

OOC: @Nail: Considering that all of Group One has gone to bed and that One member of Group two went to bed and another is powerless(computer wise) and I dunno about @Drak: but I suggest we pause here for now as there aren't enough players.
OoC: @Nile: I'll put it this way, I can't stay up any later. So, Ryu's next move would be to quickly kill the approaching guard with a single blow. After that, I guess it would depend on the situation. Maintaining stealth, if possible or quickly dealing with the guards to get to Eve.

@Nile: I think so, I'm starting to get drowsy over here, and it doesn't look like we can end this in just a half-hour or so. I mean there's like, what, four (Scratch that, Salty's gone) three of us still here now?
Rozalin had to use a large amount of self control to keep herself from sighing when she saw Ratsel execute an enemy so audaciously. I thought the point of sneaking about like this was so that we could avoid brutish behavior such as that. She simply made sure that her weapon was ready as she tried to stay hidden and hoped for the best.

Rex ended up slamming into the side of the container next to Balthier after tripping as he ran down the stairs. He was immediately knocked out.

@Nail: But if you retreat you give them time to reset their formations and place men in different positions to the day before. A bit like XCom!

OOC: COnsider this an official resignation. I am out. There is no point in me attempting to do anything while I can't get on. Hell I havn't even seen @Salty this thread. Goodbye, I'll be back when an Englishmen starts to run the threads or my internet time goes back to normal.
Seeing the demonic monstrosity enter the cargo bay, Balthier stuffed his dagger back into its sheathe and aimed at it. More enemies? This is getting out of control. Let's hope that thing doesn't spot me and attacks the soldiers instead. He stayed low, in the hope to stay out of the demon's sight, and close to cover to avoid getting shot by the Overlordian soldiers.
