"Yeah, why are we fighting?" Royce asked the group at large.

"I've not started any fights. In fact if I recall correctly, he's the one who started shooting at me." Jack says to Bryce swinging around his hands for emphasis. "On the subject of dying however I highly doubt that would have happened. Additionally because of his flying I have been one upped by a floor. How do you duel a floor for making fun of you? You can't. So next best thing is to deal with the pilot who caused the matter. Which as you said was this fellow here who started shooting at me after I asked a single question." Jack stated as he pointed at Bal again without letting up on the blue haze on one hand.

Ryu eventually finds his way to what seems to be a Mess Hall. "Ah. Finally. Time to get some food." He takes to gathering some food and eating it, rather ravenous, as he hadn't eaten in a while.

Black caught up to the group that were firing guns. "What the heck is happeneing here?" Black asked the group.

Holly put finger to her chin and nodded. "It'sss Sssimple when I think about it....you have a watch that doesn't Exploded....it comesss back together then slowsss down time? I know what you are!" Holly turned around and dramatically pointed up at Charlie. "Your one of those Magicianssss aren't you! that hassss to be the reason!" She said to Charlie, sure of her logic was correct.

"Not sure if there is a limit. It's got at least a few hundred years of stuff on it. Mostly drunken brawls, but it has a witch trial or two."
Charlie looked over at Holly, and thought for a moment. "I guess you could say that. I'm not really a magician. I can't... do 'magic'. I just have some control over time. For example,"
The air around Charlie began to ripple, and pulsed blue.

"That crash was your own doing. Had you not thought it was a good idea to use explosives inside the ship, all of that would have been avoided. You've only yourself to blame. Infact, since since it appears you have yours sights set on dueling the one responsible for the crash, why not slit your own throat and save me the trouble." Balthier said to Jack.

Rozalin found her way onto the deck of the ship where (I'm assuming) most everyone was. Looking around, she noticed that the Carrier had indeed stopped moving and was parked in the middle of the desert. "So we have claimed hold of this vessel. Good." She said to herself. Approaching the largest congregation of people, she said, "Why are we simply sitting here? Don't we have important places to be?"

Sitting in the mess hall with Ryu was someone who wouldn't find familiar. The person froze up as Ryu entered, then tried to make themselves as non-visible as possible, diving under the table they were sitting at and hoping that Ryu hadn't noticed them.

Ryu takes a bite of food, chews it and swallows it. "And who are you?" He says taking yet another bite of food, which he washes down with a sip of water.

The air returned to normal, and Charlie stretched. He looked fairly similar, except he was smaller, only slightly taller than Holly. "I am now twelve." he finished, his voice higher.
Charlie turned to Rex. "Natural ability. When I was born, engineering technology was pretty much limited to 'the wheel'."

Jack spreads his arms and legs whilst facing Balthier. "Do I look like the type that carries explosives on my person?" he points out before standing straight and pointing a dagger at Bal again. "Though I did see the fellow who caused the explosion. The man was apparently a breeder or trainer chap of some kind as he had jammed into the hold where I was staying these creatures called pinnys who all seemed to be rather clueless animals. Then when he came down into the hold and I asked him to remove his filthy creatures, he insulted me and my companion before then forcing two of these pinnys onto each other with the excuse that he was 'training' them. Then when they weren't 'performing' well enough for his fetishistic tastes, he began beating them together and that's when strangely they exploded. He and another accomplice who appeared from nowhere then fell through the hole. But then you as the pilot should have been skilled enough to keep the craft in the air rather than smashing it into the ground after all the hard work that had been done on it. So as I have stated before, it is your fault for the crash." Jack stated. He then saw Rozalin appear and bowed in her direction before saying "Pardon me madam, but this ruffian here requires punishment for his lack of skill and possibility of being a major drunkard. Right now we are dealing with his insolence before this craft may take off in safe hands."

"Everyone needs to calm down..." Black said, keeping here eyes on Jack and Balthier.
