"And can you Ssshow me! how you hid in the Ssshadowsss that Isss? and can you make multiple ninja Clonesss of yourself?" Holly continued to rabble on, as the news on meeting a ninja was rather exciting to say the least.

"you sit right there young'un. This is almost done, and I made enough for the whole crew." he then said to Black "same for you. And you might not want to eat that sammich, it'll spoil your appetite." he moves between the various pots, doing last minute checks.

"Well, I suppose if you were looking for a servant, someone who would actually stand up for himself or who had any concept of pride wouldn't be a good choice. So, maybe it was a wise decision on your part." Ryu replied absentmindedly, still looking to ensure no one else was injured.

"To change the subject. I was wondering, princess. You don't recall how you came to find yourself in this realm, no?" Balthier Rozalin.

Royce eyed Charlie with some suspicion.

Charlie met Royce's gaze.
"Oh, hey there! I saw you earlier, didn't I? I was with Holly and Rex, and you told them not to set off explosives inside." he said cheerily.

And why didn't that happen when you got close to me, zam?"[/color] Yukimaru asked Holly, deciding to keep the distance between her and Holly the same as it currently was. Hearing Holly's other question, she sighed. [color=01B7FF]"No, I'm afraid I can't make clones of myself. That is one of our clan's most powerful techniques, zam. I wasn't able to learn it before I had to depart, zam."[/color]

Rozalin hummed in agreement with Ryu before addressing Balthier. "That is correct. I simply found myself here, in the middle of that dreadful sandstorm."

"Oh...ok..thank you..." Black said to Zach, she put the sandwich back in the fridge for later, then sat back in her seat. "So...who are you?2 She asked Charlie.

"Because I would die If I did..." Holly replied to Yukimaru. "Oh...I'm Sssorry to hear that....I'm Sssure your be able to do that one day..." Holly said, trying to make Yukimaru slightly better about herself.

Ryu sits down on an empty bed.
"That's odd. I ended up here as a result of an experiment gone wrong."

"hey Emo girl, you want some onions with your fajitas? I personally don't like them, but you might." Zach started rummaging through a pantry, looking for a vegetable similar to onions.

 

[Chungus]

"What were you doing beforehand?" Balthier asked Rozalin as he laid down on the bed, though his his legs still hanging over the edge. "I myself came to be in this place after using a Teleport Crystal that had been broken." he added after hearing Ryu.

 

[ShindoL Shill]

"Charlie Morgan, interdimensional mercenary and very lost."
His eyes slowly widened in shock.
"I forgot to put the washing on. Oh, and I'm supposed to be in some mountain somewhere killing a dictator. Or just a dickhead, or something like that."
Charlie banged his head on the wall, muttering 'fuck' over and over.

You say your kind tends to explode when they get near others, yet the way you say it, it seems like you can make a conscious choice whether or not to explode, zam. So why do some of your kind choose to kill themselves, zam? Are they perhaps on some kind of mission, zam?"[/color] Yukimaru replied to Holly. [color=01B7FF]"And as much as I appreciate your words, I'm afraid that learning the Midare Fubuki simply isn't possible anymore, zam."[/color] She added, starting to feel even more depressed.

"I believe I was in my library, reading...something. I cannot remember what, it seems so long ago. All I remember is a sudden bright flash of light, and then suddenly I was here." Rozalin answered Balthier.

Ryu sat on the bed for a moment and then spoke up.
"So we all were sent here in different ways. Peculiar. I wonder if there was something else acting to do so, or was this a coincidence? Fate or chance..."
It seems so random, yet I doubt this was truly random... That is seldom the case.

"Yes please.....and I am not an Emo....just so you know..." Black said to Zach, slightly annoyed about the 'emo' comment. "Black Rock Shooter, Warrior and equally lost...." She said to Charlie, Black silently sniggered as he bashed his head on the wall.

Holly explained, then gave Yukiaru a light pat on the back. "Aww don't worry....I'm Ssssure your a great Ninja...who needsss multiple Versionsss of your Ssself, your the one and only!"

Rex slowly slips on his headphones and starts playing music, lulling himself to sleep.

Back in some other dimension: A lab...

A woman dressed in a white lab coat and fedora sighs as she runs her fingers through the stack of $100 bills she was just handed. She looks up toward the other woman in the room and speaks with a flat, uninterested tone. "Good, good. It's all there. Now, are you sure you wanna go through with this?"

The other woman in the room nods with a large smile on her face. She licks her lips in anticipation. [color=BB66BB] "Of course, I wouldn't be here otherwise. You know full well you don't need to worry about me, Ness." [/color]

Ness sighs as she slams a large red button, activating the large machine behind her. A large red portal giving off huge sparks of lightning opens in front of the other woman, blowing air and heat all over her. The scientist screams over the noise. "I'm more worried you'll turn this dimension up on its head before I have a chance to retrieve my guinea pig safely... I'm dropping you at a random point in the dimension he's currently in. Give him my regards if you happen to find him."

With that, the other woman leaps through the portal and it slowly dissipates, leaving the room back to it's normal state. Ness sighs yet again as she a cigarette out of her lab coat and lights it up. "Hopefully, she doesn't kill everything off in there... It would be nice to research something living for a change..."

The woman steps out onto the hot desert sand as she looks around. Spotting a grounded aircraft carrier (or what looks like one) in the distance, she walks forward, with a devious smile on her face. Anyone on the deck might see her coming up toward the group.

"Was there anyone in the libraby with you at the time?" Balthier asked Rozalin. He went to sit back up, only to notice the figure when he did. Startled by her sudden appearance, he gasped softly, but gave no other reaction. "It wouldn't suprise me if it were fate. It has a tendency of spitting in my face." he said to Ryu.
