Bullet had just finished her sarashi adjustments as she felt the ship vibrate. "The hell?" she got up after putting on the rest of her clothing and headed to the deck.

"And here we go again." Ratsel smirked, heading to the deck with Balthier.

Charlie heard the crash and quickly opened his bag, then pulled out a handgun. He closed the bag and ran out to the deck.

Yukino was happily sleeping before the creature slammed into the deck. She hopped up in shock as she grumbled. [color=BB66BB] [small] "Looks like SOMETHING wants to die early today..." [/small] [/color] She quickly makes her way toward the deck and sees the dragon-thing. [color=BB66BB] My, my... What's this? [/color]

Despite the large vibrations, Rex somehow manages to sleep through it.

The dragon looked around at the congregation of people it had gathered...and then began to chuckle. In a booming, masculine, authoritative voice, the dragon shouted, "Humans! Hear me! I bring to you great news! An opportunity to cast off the shackles of your fragile bodies, and become something greater! Join me in ascension, and serve our wonderful new Lord!" The dragon then began to look around eagerly, seeing if its speech had converted some to join it.

Charlie looks at the group, then back to the dragon.
"Seems legit."

Ratsel sighed. Great another complex of these people...

Bullet balled her fists alittle. "What exactly do you offer?"

Bryce stared at the new arrival. "Forgive me great emissary, for I know not of your lord. Speak of him, so I might know who to pledge to if I so choose to."

Balthier had reached the deck, but stopped when he saw the dragon. He turned around and made his way to his quarters to put him armour on, not fancying getting wounded when it could be avoided.

Yukino flips the bangs covering her eye and scoffs at the dragon. [color=BB66BB] "I highly doubt something as scruffy and ugly as you could possibly give me something worthwhile." Don't ball me in with this human riff-raff... I'm a proud half-breed after all! [/color]

The dragon turned to Bullet, coming as close as it was capable to smiling. "Power, of course! More power than you could possibly imagine! All you need do is accept the mark of our Lord, and you will be on your way to becoming a proud demon like myself!"
The dragon flew into the air, then landed and re-positioned itself so that everyone was standing like a crowd in front of it. Addressing Bryce, it said, "I am glad that you have asked! Our glorious Lord seeks to conquer this land, and requires soldiers in order to do so. Join us, and bask in the glory of conquest!"

"Are there... Any side effects?" Bullet asked.

"Truly, the lord is great! What would his name be, so I might cry his name as I destroy his enemies?" Bryce asked.

 

[Chungus]

Having donned his armour, Balthier walked out onto the deck and joined the rest. He was suspicious of the beast before the group, but made no agressive gestures, seeing as no one else was doing so.

Yukino raises an eyebrow as the dragon mentions more power. [color=BB66BB] ...Let's see what this leads up to... [/color]

"Oh, great. First, I wind up in the wrong dimension. Then, I come across a bunch of crazy pirates. Now, FUCKING DEMONS show up? Holy fucking dicks." Charlie groans.
He puts his handgun back into his bag and pulls out a large rifle.

Speaking much more informally, the dragon answered Bullet, "Well...you will lose your conscience, and eventually all of your memories, but who needs those, am I right?"
The dragon took on an air of seriousness as it answered Bryce. "I am afraid that that is privileged information. Once you accept the mark and I know that you are loyal, then you may know the identity of our Lord."
The dragon looked at Grave and said, "They are perhaps the only ones with any sanity! You do understand that you are pointing your weapon at a Holy Dragon, don't you?"

 

[Chungus]

"I am not interested in your offer. So if you would kindly take your leave now, that would be most appreciated." Balthier said to the dragon as he moved his hand to the stock of his rifle.

 

[FPSfanatic]

"Forgive him great one, he knows not your power. I shall dispose of him, to better ensure your greatness stands for all to see, with no detractors." he then grabbed Graves collar, and started dragging him to the doir leading further into the carrier. [sub]"Just play along you big dumb bastard."[/sub] he whispered.
