Balthier didn't know what the fishy scent was, but he did know he had smelled it before. On the breath of Valvatorez. Looking back at the puncture wounds on the officer's neck, Balthier groaned. Why didn't I think of this sooner... Grabbing the body by the ankles, Balthier began dragging it to the deck.
What is it?

I'm not some state of mind! I'm sentient and have feelings just like everybody else!
Balthier ignored the words of the virus as he dragged the body outside and tossed him ontop of the pile. Feeling tired, he walked back to his quarters and climbed into bed.

Blondie went to his usual smoking spot.

Ratsel woke up, fresh as ever as she entered the showers.

Bullet had already taken her shower and mindlessly wandered about the ship, thinking.

Blondie stood and smoked silently on the deck.

Bullet continued to wander around until she exited to the deck. Sighing alittle, she started practicing, completely oblivious of Blondie

Blondie didn't pay much attention to Bullet as he smoked.

OoC: Might as well jump in.

Balthier woke up and left his quarters. Intending to see if the hanging intel officer was awake yet, he walked out onto the deck.

Ratsel exited the shower as she put her clothing back on and exited outside to the deck as well. She said down and started fiddling with her graviton rifle again.

Bullet continued her practice.

It was at this moment that Blondie noticed the hanging man. He looked down at him with only mild interest.

Walking over to where he had hung the intel officer, Balthier yanked at the ropes a couple of times in an attempt to wake the man up. Getting no responce, Balthier figured he must still be onconscious from being hit on the head. You could at least have healed him before leaving him here... He must be in pain... The virus remarked, not best pleased with the treatment of the officer.

Ratsel sighed, seeing that she really couldn't do anything with her graviton rifle. She walked over to Balthier and saw the hanging intel officer.

"What do we have here?"

"Half prisoner, half dead man. Whatever half becomes a whole will be up to him." Balthier said to Ratsel as he turned around.

"Hmmm... Do we even have a direction as to where we are going?" Ratsel asked.

Blondie silently listened to the conversation, trying to get as much info without speaking as he could.

"That we do not. That's precisely the reason this one here is hanging above the pile of corpses, rather then being a part of it." Balthier dryly replied as he crossed his arms and leaned against the railing. "We ought be at this sky city, wich is appearantly where the capital of these "Overlords" is located. Problem is, it changes location each day. And while this ship's navigational systems can track down the current location of the city, unless someone knows how to work with the technology, it's useless to us."

Still. To resort to inhumane methods such as this?
