OoC @FPS: Nah. Aggie killed one intel officer and omnomnom'd his blood, while Raziel killed the other and omnomnom'd his soul.
With caution, I break out of the foliage and witnessed that what I assumed to be pillars weren't actually pillars at all, rather giant lifts. Before I made a move to approach one, I looked around to see if there had been anyone posted guarding the lifts.

@Demon: Was it an EMP shot or charge? There's a difference. Charge would dissipate as it's nowhere near the generator, shot wouldn't discharge as the shield deflects it and causes it to bounce off with having enough contact time.

OOC @Nail You know, we have too many vampires to have me characters sleep comfortably without garlic anymore. It's gotten damn ridiculous. Also, @Nile would Bryce's shots be reflected? or has that already been said and I just missed it?
@All: Hmmm... Doesn't seem that anybody picked up my characters either... Interesting. Though Ratsel and Rin would survive... Bullet wouldn't.
Seeing a shield around the upper half of the city appear after it was struck multiple times, Rozalin opted to try and approach from the lower half. She flew down and approached one of the massive lifts near the ground that she noticed.

@Nile, it doesn't matter actually, since we've previously established that electricity can count as wind damage...
The shot bounced off of Fenrichs head, but the shock did little to nothing to him. The more pressing concern was the fall damage that both of them had sustained. They both were laying in craters, fairly badly broken and bloody. Both were conscious, but unmoving. Valvatorez's wounds were healing far faster then Fenrichs though.
