"Let's put on the gas masks. Just in case, ya know?"
<color=red>"Mmm." Reimu said, nodding in agreement. They attached the strap-on masks around their mouths. Their eyes were still visible.

They flew down to take a look at the carnage. They met up with Yukino.
"I'm guessing Mercer went away didn't he?"

 

[Chungus]

"That's none of your business." the man answered Archimedes as he continued walking towards the building, ot stopping to look at he who addressed him.
As he neared the building, the walked out and turned to face him. "Yeul--" "I know." the girl remarked before the man could complete his sentance. "I've said my prayers for them. May they find peace." After giving the man a small smile, she turned to Archimedes. "You're one of the people who just fought those monsters, no?" she asked, stepping closer.
The man looked with disaproval as the girl approached Archmedis, but said nothing.

 

[Demonjazz]

"Yeah I faced those zombie things. What about it"

 

[Chungus]

"Then you have my thanks." the girl remarked, bowing her head slightly. "I am Padra Nsu-Yeul. Just Yeul for short."
The man continued looking at the girl, now identifiable as Yeul, with silent disapprovement.

Bryce rolled over, and began yelling in reflex. He looked about and realized that, contrary to what he had expected, no one had buried him. Humming happily, he pulled himself up and looked over at the two new arrivals, before collapsing his bone armor and giving a quick pull on his duster.

"Your welcome Yeul. Also may I inquire where you are from"

Rex arrives at the battlefield, looking curiously at the two new arrivals in the distance. [color=008888] Looks like that dude is her bodyguard.. or something like that. [/color]

Yukino looks up at the Marisa and Reimu and nods. [color=BB66BB] "I heard Bryce something profound about evolution or something to that extent... Mercer just took off to create more of this fodder.. as usual." [/color]

OoC @FPS: Lolz. Maybe this can still be remedied...

"Gran Pulse. We came here to this world on a holiday, as it were."

@Nail didn't get buried. Today was a good day!
Bryce looked over at Rex, and joined him. "Hey, you managed not to bury me before I woke up again. Progress, my good man."

The fox's body gave a little green-ish glow as bodies around the streets, infected or not, started digitizing and was slowly absorbed into the fox's body. It started humming to itself.

I start hearing more people. Goddamnit, more fucking people. What is this world, so sort of magnet?

"Geez, this guy is just as out of hand as Utsuho."

<color=red>"And like any youkai that goes out of hand, we'll have to take care of him."

"But we've never caught your name. I'm Marisa."

<color=red>"And I'm Reimu."

"Hmm which planet is that on"

Rex chuckles at Bryce as he walks closer to the new girl and the knight. [color=008888] "That's only because I wasn't here for the fight. I was trying to make some progress and find out where our lead might be held. Had no luck." [/color]

Noticing the fox, Rex raises an eyebrow. [color=008888] Does that thing run off of souls of people? First, Yukino... Then, Raziel... Now th-...!!! [/color] Turning to Bryce, he adds. [color=008888] "Have you seen Raziel around lately, Bryce? Wasn't he with us on the lift?" [/color]

Yukino turns toward the two Touhous and gives them a deep curtsy. [color=bb66bb] "Yukino Nishida, shinobi. Pleasure to meet the both of you, Marisa and Reimu. And what do you mean by 'youkai'? That sounds like some sort of demon..." [/color] The foxgirl puts her hand to her chin in thought.

 

[Chungus]

"Oh. I'm sorry. I misunderstood. Gran Pulse is the planet. The village I'm from is Padra. You see, padra Nsu-Yeul translates to "Yeul of the Nsu clan, from the city of Paddra.""

The man spotted Rex giving himself and Yeul a stare, and returned his gaze with unblinking eyes before looking back to Yeul.

"I... I actually have no idea. Think he ran off once we got aboveground." Bryce frowns. "I mean, I barely knew the guy, so I didn't pay that much attention to him, but he seems like he'd be a decent saboteur. Think we should look for him? After meeting these two, at least." Bryce looks the two over. "So, think the bodyguard is romantically attached to the girl?"

 

[Slenn]

"Youkai come in different forms. Sometimes they're elemental or animal spirits, like the kappa spirit Nitori or the nightsparrow spirit, Mystia. Demons or Oni are different. Although Oni are considered very joyful."

<color=red>"The most common youkai that I see are ghosts and fairies. Shades, spirits, and phantoms are all considered youkai."

"Utsuho was an incredibly powerful raven youkai who managed the fires of hell. She got out of hand when she learned that she could consume the power of nuclear fusion to take over Gensokyo and eventually Earth itself."

The bodies that piled the streets continued to be absorbed into the green glowing fox as it continued to happily strut about the battlefield, humming.

Sighing, I might as well at least see these new people. Buckling my sword again I start making my way over to Rex and some cowboy guy.

Rex shakes his head. [color=008888] "No... I just realized he's one of the last people in this group I'd worry about." Regardless... I swear he was on the lift... I bumped into him. [/color]

Rex meets the man beside Yeul's stare and turns straight to him, calling out to him. [color=008888] "And what's your name, big guy?" [/color]

Yukino nods a bit along with their explanation, although some of it went over her head. [color=bb66bb] "So you two are investigators of spirits and the like?" [/color] She looks at their attire and smiles a bit. [color=bb66bb] "You definitely look the part." [/color]

<color=red>"In a sense we are. Usually the youkai, oni, or spirits are docile and they manage their time with peace. However once in a while, one or more of them will get out of hand and upsets the flow of nature. And either one of us or both goes to investigate what's going on. We dub these events as 'incidents'."
