the commander blocked the slash, and grunted as an aura surrounded him. "Ah, this one has fight for Xylvania then! We could use you in our penal battalions! I believe I shall try to take you alive... he swings low once he blocks the strike.

The tank gunner ducks under the flash, blinded from the flash. The cannon on the turret begins swiveling, focusing on hidden places, firing a shot and blowing up an inn room far from Holly and Echo.

Group 2 go!

"Pathetic cowards." Majeh commented as he jumped back to avoid the gunfire, touching on the building behind himself, he jumped off the wall, and came back to hit and kick off one of the charging soldiers, flipping and landing on the ground while making a slashing move to create an vacuum slash to cut down any foe before him.

the grunts take serious damage. at least half fall apart, as the slash cleaves them in two. the other half managed to dive under the attack, but are stunned and disoriented. The 5 acid users raise their weapons again, bathing the surrounding area in it, not caring if they kill their allies as well at this point.

Bryce charges at the tank firing at the rooms, pulling a grenade out of his pocket and sliding it underneath it. It will go off after the next round of fighting.

OOC group 1, go!

"Wait! I got a idea!" Holly said to Echo as she pulled out a stick of TnT from her pocket. "Got...a Idea?" Echo repeated confused. "Yes! Use your sparkly lights on this fuse" Echo nodded and used her magic lights, which created a spark and lit up the TnT. "Perfect! FIRE IN DA HOLE!" Holly shouted as she come out of her cover and threw the TnT at the soldiers, then ran away with Echo again.

Black turned around to the sound of explosives. That better not be who I think it is... She thought as she started to run towards the sounds of the tank's fire.

 

[Chungus]

Caius scoffed as he jumped up, avoiding the commander's swipe. As he leapt off the tank, Caius fired a black sphere with a white core at the commander. No matter where it hit, it would explode outwards, growing to 4 meters in diameter, then implode, compressing anything caught within.

As Black ran, she would come across an entire tank column, 8 small tanks with a single gunner on top, 2 larger tanks with 2 side sponson machine guns, and one extremely large tank with dual barrel bore weapons and a weapons platform all its own, with multiple rocket and machine gun turrets. Walking along side them are a column of infantry, some carrying oversized machine guns, some carrying rockets, some carrying the acid throwers, and a few with mortars. None have noticed her yet, as they march on the capital.

The commander leaps back, narrowly avoiding the shot as the tank is consumed. "Why... YOU LITTLE ARSCHLOCH! That had 3 good men aboard it! You will pay for this treachery!" he charges forward, chasing after him.

The infantry grunts outside are cut down by the explosion, sent flying. The acid throwers spray down their bodies, and cause nothing to be left, before continuing their attack on Majeh.

The grenade Bryce had lobbed activates, springing up the tank and causing it to float in midair, but not before it had fired a shot in the direction Holly had been hiding behind when she lobbed her dynamite.

Group 2, transform and roll out!

OoC: okay, just reread through that and realized it was a bit of a mess. Edited to explain the tank fired its round at Holly, not at the infantry, and the acid users are charging Majeh. Kind of badly explained that one.

Majeh appeared next to one of the acid sprayers and hit him with a palm strike, pushing him into his fellows. He then created a fireball on two of his fingers and threw it at the tanks on the backs of one of the others striking with explosive force.

OoC: I think you might have misunderstood. Only Black has spotted the approaching army, they are several streets away from the inn and main group.

OoC: @FPS: Well, the only other enemies I was aware of just killed themselves... So... What do I do? Sit there?

OoC: @Salty acid throwers are still around, they just blasted away their buddies bodies as they charged Majeh.

As the acid sprayers fall among their peers, screams and retches could be heard as the all become coated in their own acid.

Bryce slides under the tank that had fired on Holly, and slips a fair bit of C4 on its underside. He continues his slide and detonates the C4 once he's clear, causing the tank to go catapulting into the sky. the back of this tank is exploded as well, causing it to go flying into a skyscraper (If there are any.)

Group 1 has to resolve the shot fired at them and the commander, but that's about it for the fight. Now lets see how Black reacts to the massive armored... Battalion, maybe?

Black materialized her sniper and looked down the scope for a better look, after getting a good look and putting the weapon away. Black jumped down and slowly approached some of the soldiers. "Excuse me Gentlemen.....May I ask as to why your here?...maybe I can be some assistance?" She asked casually and calmly, unfazed by the size of the army.

Holly and Echo, peeked out of cover and ran over to Bryce. "Cowboy! What'sss going on?" Holly asked worriedly. "What's going on?" Echo repeated concerted.

OoC @FPS: Seperate stuff with a [ hr] dividing line if they're happening in diferent location. Works to prevent confusion.

"All these anrements, and still you fall. Pathettic."

Raising his sword, Caius met the commander head on, first blocking his strike, then forcing the commander's blade to the side. Having done this, Caius took a single step backwards, then one to the side, slashing upwards as he did, aiming to sever the commander's left arm.

The soldier looks over and leans down, his helmet slats offering a narrow view. He eventually catches sight of Black, and straightens into a military stance, legs spread to prevent his heavy machine gun from breaking his arms. "we are marching to claim this corrupt and decadent land in the name of the Lord Ferrok! Step aside or join us in glorious war!"

The commander raises his left hand and catches the blade slicing at him, his armored glove causing it to slide and merely cut into his fingers. He sighs again and backs away. "You have managed to defeat my first attackers, but my true army is still marching to take this land! Until then, stand aside or face death!

Bryce looks over at Holly and Echo. "I have no freaking clue. They aren't from where I live. Seems like foreign invaders, but your guess is as good as mine."

Black raised a eyebrow. "Lord Ferrok you say?" Black repeated. "I'm not....a local of this place so forgive me for not knowing that name....but why are you trying to take over this place....it's not the great place to....invade you know...." She asked the solider, then put her hands in her pockets.

"Are we going to be ok?" Holly asked Bryce. "Invaders?" Echo repeated, wondering to herself what they could be after.

 

[Saltyk]

"That was boring... Better be some more interesting things to fight. I'm barely getting challenged as it is." Majeh says, sheathing his sword.

OoC: Especially when someone is distracted with other things on the side...
@FPS: I misread that initial post as the acid sprayers panicking and killing themselves.

"We invade because their government has failed! Even now, their lower class citizens suffer and die from the upper class leaders dropping them from the sky, as they are consumed by a deadly plague that has also reached the upper city. We bring order into this chaotic place!" the green skinned man shouts, as the tanks roll by. "Truly, these people are blessed to have been noted by the great nation of Xylvania. Now, if you do not wish to join in the march, step aside so that we may continue our liberation!"

"I promise I'll make sure we get out of here alive. This is the kind of place I live for. I fought in urban warzones for so long, the sound of artillery helps me fall asleep!" Bryce says bravely. He then looks over at the wreck of the building, and sighs. "better find a new inn to stay at. Thankfully, those shells missed the places our people were staying at."

Majeh begins to walk down the street, completely unphased by what has just happened.

Holly nodded to Bryce. "Ok...thanksss Cowboy!" Holly said with a small smile. "Thanks" Echo repeated. "Sssuposse we better Ssstick together" Holly said to Echo. "Stick together" Echo replied with a nod. "Wheresss the closest new place then?" Holly asked Bryce.

"Ill step aside...but that depends If your going to hurt anyone who is hiding in these buildings....or anyone that maybe not agree to getting 'evicted'..." Black asked the solider once more, she watches the tanks roll by.

"We would not DREAM of harming Xylvanian citizens. They are welcome to keep their homes, as long as they pay a tax or work in our factories, mines, or farms! All must contribute to ensure Xylvania prospers, after all!" The soldier turned his head, keeping an eye on his unit, as they moved further up the line. "Now, I must go and rejoin my team. Do you need to now anymore, duchess, or may I rejoin my group in their glorious liberation?"

Bryce looked down the street, and identified an apartment complex. "That looks abandoned, we could use it, if it's empty."
