"Not true, if they don't know that they are causing the problem. Though, you are right about that. I'm merely stating what is possible and not." Majeh says then addresses Yuel. "You misunderstand. If a conflict erupts, Envoys may not be able to deal with any souls, much less the dark spirits. On top of that the number of people who would likely die, in the conflict alone could be catastrophic. Add in the damage various spirits could wreck without anything to restrain them and the death toll in the mortal realm could be immense."
