Also, someone that was with us when we arrived here is missing, where are they, zam?"[/color] She asked.

Rex gives a look toward the man and his little troupe before putting his pistol back in his pocket and leaning on the side of the wall. [color=008888] "Thanks for the offer, dude, but I'll pass. Could you explain why exactly we're here though?" [/color]

Yukino looks toward the scythe and sighs. She gives Fiddlesticks a look of annoyance. [color=bb66bb] "Here's the thing... I don't believe I ever agreed to an arrangement like that. Now... if you'd be so kind as to get your scythe out of my face." [/color]

I slant my eyes at Fiddlesticks. Still weak, I prop myself up. "Is this some kind of joke? She can take care of herself very well, probably far better than I can."

Madlax sighed at the carnage on both sides. Shaking her head at the sight, she double checked her SIGs again.

Royce and Blondie enter the room, but also stay standing. They both said nothing, scanning around the room and the people in there. Blondie had his pistol at his side, already cocked, and Royce was aiming at the purple figure.

"Hey...Aggie?" he asked the small figure, going out on a limb.

Echo stayed in the area with all the doors, fearing for Holly and Black's safety.

Bryce looks over at Eve. "I... I was joking when I called you an android. I mean, in retrospect, not very nice, and I'm sorry if it made you feel hurt. I'd never want to do that." Bryce looks about one more time before sitting down and looking her in the eyes. "Want me to finish my story?"

Fiddlesticks looks down at Yukino. "the moment we fought, you became the next harbinger. I will die, and you shall replace me. You have as much choice as I did." he looks over to Riven and glares down his non-existent nose. "no single being can face Cho'gath, Kha'zix, Kog'maw, and malthezar at once and live. The student needs allies. You will be her ally. In return, Noxus will not feel the Harbinger's touch as long as I live. 100, 200 years. All I can offer."

Rozalin sighed at her questions not even being acknowledged and began looking around the room. She found it to be a nice change of pace from the corpse-laced exterior of the base. "What are we still doing here? Is there any purpose for us to continue to stay in this room?" She asked Bryce and Eve.

"Why should I help that runt? What a disgrace he is. Can't even solve this problem without requesting our assistance."

Majeh sneezes and walks over to find a place to sit and rest. He'd hear if his request was being heard later.

Hmm? Not touching Noxus? Well... With Darius, Swain, Katarina, Darvin and Co... Perhaps it would be beneficial.

Madlax saw that the group had dispersed. With a shrug, she switched to her FAMAS F1 to check on, disassembling and reassembling the rifle to check if the internal components still worked.

"If that's what you're comfortable with. Though it is a waste to have a spread like this and no one to eat it." said the man as he watched group enter the room. "What am I doing then?" the small figure asked as she looked up from her plate at the man as a chuckle that seem to lack emotion was heard. He raised a hand and rubbed the top of the figure's head before continuing. "I think the best description for this place would be the heart of Troika, where all it's decisions are made. Though the heart could also be considered the machinery that keeps the city from the ground. I would think it would be obvious why you're here. You slaughtered numerous soldiers and broke into a military facility whilst all along aiming to free a man who had been arrested. But don't worry, I'm not detaining you. None of that really interests me but I would say that your attack made an entertaining spectacle." The man pauses as he sips from his glass again which didn't seem to be emptying of liquid. "Also the man you came to rescue is currently waiting on the ground floor of this building. We decided to give him some more respectable clothing than the rags he was wearing and loosen his braces slightly. However not too much so that he could talk properly as he was spouting some frightful things before he had it placed upon him."

The small figure looked up when Royce called her name and she waved again.

Eve puffed her cheeks before muttering "Apology semi-accepted. I would like to hear the rest of your story but I'd we didn't do it in here. I feel cold for some reason." She shivered before turning to Rozalin. "I don't think so. No one seems to be here and I find that to be a bit strange. I think it would be best if we find the others before we try anything else." Eve stated before sneezing.

Yukino gives Fiddlesticks a blank stare. [color=bb66bb] "Um... Mind running this whole destined battle by me again? ...And why is it me who's supposed to be the next Harbringer... or whatever that is." I've already got much more important business to take care of once I get back to my world... [/color]

The foxgirl turns toward Riven slightly surprised. [color=bb66bb] ...She just agreed? She actually bought into this? [/color]

Rex shrugs as he turns toward the man. [color=008888] "What was the dude we broke out saying that scared you?" [/color]

Royce's aim wavered a bit as he looked at Aggie. "H-hey, why don't you come over here instead." he said to her.

Blondie quietly waited for some sort of trap to be sprung, contemplating having a smoke before hand.

Echo continued being where she was.

You can't possibly be someone involved in the running of this city, zam. Otherwise you most certainly would have an interest in what just went on, zam. And how is this place still standing, zam? Most of the city has been ruined by now, zam."[/color]

Rozalin nodded at Eve. "Yes, I think finding the others would be best as well. Some of them might need to be attended to. And I am eager to learn just what all has happened." She looked around the room a bit more, then located the only exit and began to head towards it.

"Fair enough, lets head back to the complex." Bryce stands up and begins walking.

"The harbinger appears to herald the death of a planet. It will be done by the people who created me. You were chosen, by chance as much as a sampling of your soul and powers. It was most fortunate." his grin takes over, and he holds his left hand out to Riven.

My glace shifted back to Yukino, my eyes perhaps have a slightly tint of uncaring, but whatever. For Noxus... But whether or not Fiddlesticks will keep his word is beyond me. Though I expect him to backstab somewhere along the times, and Noxian High Command would to. It's simply daily politics.

"And if I refuse?" Death of a planet? Alright, then this is getting out of hand...

If anything I found his frank tosh to be more annoying than anything else. Though I wasn't the one who did his dental work after all." the man calmly yet coldly states before taking another sip. "I already said that what just took place has not irked me in the slightest but rather... amused me. I guess you could say I brought you here to mention someone has their eye on you?" Another cold chuckle can be heard as the man hears the rest of Yukimaru's questions. "Who am I? I think it would be best to try and not worry your head with things that might be too complicated for you to comprehend. You are correct in assuming that I'm not involved in the running this city but I did have quite some influence in what was and has been done. But you are also right in that I take no real interest in rather dry day to day things that this city has gone through for it's time. Well the obvious answer as to why this place still stands is because I would rather the building that I am currently occupying did not resemble a war zone or a trash site. Although that certainly make for some entertaining prospects..."

Aggie frowns at Royce "But I'm eating right now and everyone knows you don't eat standing up." she said in a sulky voice.

Eve nodded in agreement before following Rozalin and Bryce as they exited the base.

"Well...there seems to be better looking food over here. You probably can't see any of it from where you are." Royce said, trying to be sly and persuasive with the girl.

"So how do we leave?" Blondie asked bluntly, not really wanting to spend any more time here.

Bryce heads to the apartment and seats himself in the lobby, rubbing his sore ribs.

"I do not know the people personally. I show myself on a world. I decide what is most dangerous on it. Perhaps I weaken it. I tell them who will obey, and who will fight futiley. Sometimes I do it myself, and kill the whole planet. Other times I am told to leave, and once I am gone they arrive, and take all the world has to offer. Those who are subservient live on a reduced world. Those that fight die, and have their whole world pilfered. I have never seen the creators, but I do no the void rivals them. Cho'gath and his ilk are my opponents. They will try to kill you while you are weak. Riven will protect you as your familiar helps you be strong. That is your one option, besides die. Good luck." he stands, and moves to the window.
