Holly loosen her grip on Echo's arm as she walked on, she then started looking threw her pockets something.

"Care to show me how you teleport now?" "Sure thing Mato..." Yumi said, then disappeared into a small puff of black smoke and appeared behind Black. "See? it's easy..." She said with a smirk. "For you perhaps...it's to do with your soul huh?....one power the Hazama gave you..." Yumi nodded.

Echo shivered as she heard the loud roar and she held Holly closer to her as she stopped and looked around fearfully.

Blondie, at that moment, decided to catch up with the group and approach Bryce. "We should get out of this city. We have our man, so there's no need to stick around. Things seem like things are about to get even worse in this city." he said in a casual, almost conversational tone.

Bryce stayed silent as they arrived.

The base was in shambles, and the gate guards were murdered, from slashes and crow bites, as well some that appeared to had their souls sucked from them. All had looks of terror on their faces. No souls would be around their bodies, missing.

OOC: Looks like I'm back just in time.

Yukimaru woke up with a start, nearly falling out of the chair she was sitting in. She rubbed the sleep out of her eyes as she looked around the room, her gaze stopping on Rex and the prisoner as they were the only thing of interest in the room. She let out a small yawn, then asked Rex, [color=01B7FF]"What's going on, zam?"[/color]

Rozalin felt greatly unsettled as she heard the massive roar of the beast, and even more-so by the barrier seemed to ripple and cut out. "What is going on now? Another disaster?" She asked, though she felt she already knew the answer. Hearing Blondie, she chimed in, "I most certainly agree with that course of action." Looking over at the base she felt even more disgusted and unsettled. "Let us take our leave of this dreadful place already." She added, nearly reduced to pleading at this point.

Rex hears the roar of the beast and sighs as he turns to the ninja. [color=008888] "It sounds like we've got problems incoming. Big ones." [/color] He turns to the now awake Prisoner and hands him the pen and paper Yukimaru had found last night. He looks straight into the Prisoner's eyes. [color=008888] "Can you understand me? If you can, write anything on that pad I handed you, please." [/color]

Yukino pauses for a moment as she senses the beast's presence and picks up on his roar. Turning to Blondie, she gives him a large smile. [color=bb66bb] "Things will get worse? Sounds like fun, especially that roar we just heard." [/color]

Hearing the roar, Holly grabbed Echo's arm again. "W-What wasss that?" She asked, as she looked around worried.

Majeh looks around the base. "This was unexpected... These guys seemed pretty capable, at least as a group. What could have done this?"
He stops to think for a minute before sensing the sudden change in the 'hurricane' below.
"Samhuk!"

"There you are. Is that what I think it is?"

"What of 'Hot Dog'? We may need him for this if things are as bad as I fear."
......
"What do you mean you don't know!?" Majeh smacks the ghostly ninja in the head and then proceed to punch him and continue to do so.

"I'll keep doing this until I feel like stopping!"
......
Majeh stops and thinks. "Well... If the Seal is broken... I should be able to handle this on my own..."

Seeing Bryce staying silent and the remains of the base, Blondie spoke again. "Normally I wouldn't mind doing some investigating, but right now I'm not very curious. I may know of a way to get out of this city. Feel free to follow." he said, adding the last part and seeming to aim it at Roz specifically.

"Maybe you should stick around." he said to Yukino as he quickly headed back to the inn.

Echo started following Blondie, tugging Holly along.

Holly followed Echo closely, keeping her eyes out for anything that might attack.

"So...what now?" D.master asked Black. "I don't know...there isn't a lot to do around here....apart from fight..." "I would LOVE too!" "You really haven't changed huh?" Black said, joining her in leaning against the wall.

Bryce stares blankly at the base. everyone dead, no one left, hands grabbing from behind, dragging to the enemies camp, searing pain in arms. shaking his head, he begins walking inside. "I need to check what caused this. I'll grab one of their air vehicles, meet you guys later. The inn right? Or maybe on the ground?"

Yukino chuckles a bit as she follows the group back to the inn. [color=bb66bb] "How mean of you to try and leave a lady behind!" [/color] She says sarcastically.

"Start at the inn. Don't take long." Blondie said over his shoulder as he walked briskly away.

"I just like seeing you happy. And chaos makes you happy." Blondie snarked in a deadpan manner to Yukino.

[color=01B7FF]Perhaps I should have taken the idea of 'jinxing' more seriously.[/color] Yukimaru solemnly thought to herself as she heard the roar and felt a deep sense of foreboding. [color=01B7FF]"It would be prudent to make sure we are ready to leave at a moment's notice, zam."[/color] She said to Rex as she hoped up and went over to the window in the room. She opened the blinds and looked out to possibly get a sense of the current situation.

Rozalin's gaze shifted between Blondie and Bryce as the two were moving in opposite directions of each other. Making her choice, she followed after Blondie, but not before shouting back at Bryce before he was out of earshot, "Be careful! Please!" She ran to catch up with Blondie, as her short bout of indecisiveness put her a decent distance behind him.

Eve was drying herself off when she heard the roar and spun around in terror and looked out the window. "What was that?!" she said with a mixture of fear and shock in her voice.

The Prisoner sits up and lets his unblinking gaze linger a moment longer unperturbed by the roar from outside before looking at the pad. He then began drawing intricate shapes of various designs on the pad.

Jack and Darwin were just arriving outside the hotel as the roar emanated from the beast. He paused with his foot in the air before smiling evilly and looking at Darwin. "I believe something has arrived that is trying to rival my own maliciousness. This is most interesting." He says as he turns and looks in the direction that he guessed the roar had come from.

A sound like various speakers turning on at once was heard throughout the city before a calm voice that some of the group was sure to recognise was heard. "Citizens of Troika. As you all known during the last few days tragedy upon tragedy has afflicted this city. Members of the masses such as yourself and military have been needlessly slaughtered by strange beasts, an enemy occupation and what some of you considered causeless rebels. Indeed the might of Troika has tried to keep you safe but their efforts have been cut down time and again and in light of the recent development I believe it is best to say the city has finally lost it's life. Additionally Evacuation Plan V.E. is now in affect. You're on your own now." Suddenly the streets were full of desperate individuals, some clutching valuables and riches whilst some carried their children or seemed to abandoned them, as they all rushed for one location, the Aerial Docks.

The beast reached Troika's edge and forced itself up onto the city perimeter causing the whole structure to shake violently as it took time to balance from the sudden major increase in weight. The creature oozed up from the ground and onto the city, steadily gaining in height and mass. As it did so it opened it's mouth and the two Sand Wraiths from before burst forth and scanned the streets with barely contained hunger before rushing down a packed street and slicing at the populace.

Bryce smiled briefly at Rozalin's request, before recalling another memory. needles in armstump, man staring down to him grins and smacks him in face with stock. shaking, he heads deeper into the base, looking for any survivors. Bryce stops to note the various changes in sound around him, but shakes his head and walks deeper into the fort, his mind conjuring pictures of a mountain pass that he had last visited 19 years ago.

 

[Saltyk]

Majeh looks up. "Well, that isn't good."

He begins walking towards the hulking creature, looking back over his shoulder. "See if you can't get 'Hot Dog' to join up. I really could use the mutts help here. But don't let him know that."
He smirks as he looks on towards the beast's arrival. "An Envoy's work is never done. Well, you better be up to a Demon's level or you're gonna make me regret asking for help."

He disappears from the Iron Legion's base, making his way to the approaching behemoth.

OoC: I also wanna say that I have done nothing to harm the city or it's people. In fact, I worked for quite the opposite.

Rex nods toward the Prisoner as he hears the announcement by the man in the tower. [color=008888] "Good to see we're not hitting a language barrier. Please keep that pad with you and follow me and Yukimaru. My friends have things we'll need to ask you once we get the hell out of here." [/color]

Turning to Yukimaru, he says [color=008888] "Then we're packing up now. Check to see if anyone else here is sleeping and get them to follow with us. I'll keep an eye on our buddy here and round up the people in the lobby." [/color]

Yukino giggles again as she heard Blondie. [color=bb66bb] "Awww~! You're so thoughtful, cowboy!" [/color] As she starts hearing the screams of people being slashed by the wraiths, her smile increases as she suddenly turns and starts sprinting toward the sound of the beasts. [color=bb66bb] Yeah... The calming sound of death shrieks... This is going to be a good day... [/color]

Inside her head, she can hear Skye making some sarcastic wretching sounds.

Blondie cursed to himself as the crowds appeared. He had sincerely hoped that there would not be this many people left in the city. He grunted and simply shouldered his way on. He caught glimpses of children being abandoned, but forced himself to keep moving. He saw Royce waiting nervously outside the inn. "We're going. Follow the crowds." he said. He then went around and quickly repeated this to everyone in the group that he came across. Once he had got everyone up and about, he indeed started following the crowds. He didn't seem to care when Yukino rushed off.

Royce and Echo followed at his heels. Royce served as a sort of breaker to make a path through the throng of people for Echo and Holly to get through.

"Sounds like....Trouble..." D.master and Black said. "Should we stay here?" "No...we should make sure everyone here is safe..." Black drew her blade and waited, D.master teleported her Scythe to her hands and also waited, even case of an attack on the Inn.
