"It would also be wise to learn where it is Garzic has been burried and recover the body." Looking at Jessica, he added, "I will entrust you with this task."
Occasionaly, Fafnir shifted slightly, or used a hind leg to scratch and itch, but otherwise made little movement.

The clone would hear two dockworkers talking as they were on break.
"Hey, have you heard about this "Destroyer"?"
"The what?" the second dockworker asked incredulously. "That sounds like something out of a comic book."
"It does, kinda... Anyways, appearantly, there's this creature running around that's a major threat."
"Sounds pretty vague. Where'd you hear this anyway? And if you say the bar, so help me..."
"I dunno. Some woman has been going around telling random people about this. Says she's been hired to spread the news."
"That's bullshit. If this were anything inportant, we'd have heard about it on the news or something."

Erica was still sitting on the windowsill. Glancing over to Valentine, she silently chuckled at she saw Valentine still slept.
She can be such a sound sleeper...
