With a look of surprise Envy yelled out "Shit!" as the golem began falling towards him. Taking a page out of Grace's book, he transformed into a squirrel to dash underneath the huge, long legs he had been right next to before quickly forming back into his usual self.

"Well then, we'll just have to be careful as we fight it. We should be able to handle them though, we're quite a force on our own." Lyra began trouping down the trail from Winterhorn to Lakewest, looking about as she went.

 

[Drakmorg]

"No, I'm not a student here. And no one's really made much of a point of saying I can't come and go as I please, so..." Jessica simply trailed off and shrugged at Valetta to finish her point. "And yes, I suppose you could say I was here with some others a while ago. I'm pretty much on my own for the time being now though."

 

[Saltyk]

"Well, I'm sure she'll be happy your soul gets to rest in peace." The soldier replies.

"I'm just saying we don't get many none students here. Not normally. Especially not to study here. Most of those performing research are professors or accredited here." Valetta explained. "So... Did you abandon them? Or vice versa?"

Rica looked about as they walked. "So where was this person who gave you the job?" she asked Lyra and the others.

"Alas, I do not have it. It is in a place I know not where." Loki answered, looking at Rita. "I can, however, offer you a glimpse of it, even as it is far from here."

Rather then turn around fully, the golem that went for Tedd came to a stop and swung its fist sideways at him.

Seeing Grace hit and stumble backwards, Icarus raised his axe above his head in preperation to land a killing blow. Just as he swung, Savranth charged at him with his sword and ran Icarus through. Losing grip of his weapons, the sword fell besides Icarus' feet, while the sword inbedded itself in the floor, only a couple of centimeters to the left of Grace, having managed to only cut a few hairs as it went down. Sliding of off Savranth's sword, Icarus fell to the ground, twitching as electricity courcedthrough him.

The golem that was facing Envy fell to the floor with a heavy thud, embedding it in the stone floor, making it unable to get up.

Noel dropped off Kyosuke and Charlotte as Icarus started twitching on the ground. "Well..."

 

[Saltyk]

Savranth pulls the blade clean and drops it. "Just to be sure..." He created a fireball and threw it at Icarus, followed by another.

"Yes, you are dead, all right..." The soldier replied absentmindedly.

 

[Furioso]

"Really? And how would you do that?" asked Rita curiously

Envy approached Icarus "Oh wow, aren't you ruthless!" commented Envy to Savranth

 

[Wackymon]

Tedd ended up flung quite a bit, and landed on the ground, acheing He points his TF gun at it, and turns it to the "Sheep" Setting, immobilizing it for a short time. He tries to get up, but his leg... Well, it broke.
"Gah!" he shouts.

Grace slowly gets up, and begins to walk to Icarus. She grabs him, and punches him across the head, knocking him out.
"Remove the sword," she says, "And help my boyfriend. I want to tell him something, if he's still alive."

 

[Saltyk]

Savranth dropped to a knee, clucthing his left arm. He began to use healing magic to restore the arm, however, it only really dulled the pain, as he didn't have the skill to actually restore a broken bone. His breathing was raspy. Looks like I broke some ribs...

He looked to Envy. "After all that I want to make sure he won't be getting back up. Nothing more."

 

[Drakmorg]

"I suppose I keep coming back here because this place has the best library I can think of." Jessica replied. She shrugged at Valetta again and said, "I can't really say there was any abandoning involved. I just have different goals to pursue, so it didn't make sense to stick around them. None of them would have been interested in what I was doing anyway, so the best option was splitting off."

 

[Saltyk]

Grace would find it pretty hard to knockout a deadman.

"I see. Yes, this school probably has the best library around." Valetta replied.
"You sound like you're holding something back?"

Kyosuke just looked at Icarus' burning body as he had a small smirk before returning to a neutral face. Charlotte looked around as did Noel.

"So what now?"

Grace looked at Icarus, and sighed.
Why is it they never listen to anyone...
"Do either of you have a shovel?" she asks them. She see's Sevrath, and begins to look for wood to use as a splinter.

Death corrects.

"With the scepter." Loki answered, placing a finger on the blue gem. "Being linked to the Tasseract, which is the source of the scepter's power, the scepter can make the pressence of the Tasseract known to a person. Some might see it, some might only feel the pulse of its power. It varies from person to person. I need only press the scepter against your chest, and all will become clear."

Being struk by the fireballs and set aflame, icarus gasped and tried to scream, but couldn't, as he was still spasming on the ground due to the electricity. As the flames entered his throat, Icures reached out his hand. In vain. He died moments after. Grace attempting to knock Icarus served no purpose, as he was overkill'd.

The remaining golem was encased in a bunble of wool and couldn't move.

All of the giant flies dropped out of the sky, still alive in a sense, but brain dead.

 

[Saltyk]

"Now, we decide what to do with this city..." Savranth replies, standing a bit shakily. He moved his hand to his ribs and tried to heal those a bit, mostly to numb the pain.

[hr]

"Sure you are. And I'm Father Time." The guard replies.

 

[Drakmorg]

"I'm 'holding something back'? I've honestly no idea what you could even be talking about there." Jessica replied to Valetta. She glanced up at the night sky from her unimpeded view in the courtyard and silently cursed to herself. I didn't mean for it to get this late. I'd better try and move on before I accidentally bump into Sophia.

Envy chuckled at Savranth "Are you sure that's all it was? Don't tell me you didn't get a rush out of ending his life."

 

[Saltyk]

"He already got up once after I thought he was dead. You can't be too careful..." Savranth replied. He looked back to Icarus as he struggled, in his last bit of life. "Pitiful end..."

"I mean... I think there are other reasons." Valetta replied. She started to walk off. "Anyway, I need to go to my room. I have my own tests to take tomorrow."
