Tao groggily roused herself and exited the cell. "I'm really hungry, meow." she complained as she hung her head and rubbed her stomach.

Trilby decided to head to what appeared to be the main building of the Lakewest military base.

"You haven't been fed yet? Hmm. Well, you'll get something to eat as soon as we're done with the interogation." the soldier leading Tao to the interogation room remarked. Entering the room, the soldier closed the door behind Tao, then pointed to the chair opposite of the door. "Sit down and we can get started."
With Tao leaded away, the second soldier lead Grace to another interogation room, where she too was instructed to sit.

As Trilby approached the gates of the compoud, he was stopped by two soldiers stationed there. "Halt. What is your business here?"
"You haven't been fed yet? Hmm. Well, you'll get something to eat as soon as we're done with the interogation." the soldier leading Tao to the interogation room remarked. Entering the room, the soldier closed the door behind Tao, then pointed to the chair opposite of the door. "Sit down and we can get started."
With Tao leaded away, the second soldier lead Grace to another interogation room, where she too was instructed to sit.

"Uh, I need to report in with the local police force." Trilby replied, pulling a heavily-scratched police badge out of his pocket. "See if you guys need any help with trivial shit you can't be arsed dealing with."
Tao sat quietly and let her arms hang at her sides, waiting for whatever the man had planned.
The soldier sat in the chair opposite of Tao and leaned on the table slightly, fingers laced. "So. First things first. You call yourself 'Tao'. Is that your actual name?"

"No, you can't. Suspects are to be interogated seperately. Even you you didn't wisper to her to, and I quote "Play along", you'd still be interogated seperately because that's the procedure." the soldier answered Grace as he sat down opposite of her. "Now. Let's go over this again. Who did you and this Tao steal the airship from? And don't give me that nonsense that you found it as a wreck in the mountails and fixed it up. We checked the reports of ships crashing going back to ten years ago. And no ships of the model you and your accomplice stole crashed prior to your accomplice crashing it."

"No. We currently don't need any help on the law enforcement front." the other soldier replied.

Shadowleaned in to Triblys ear and whispered , using a hand to block any posibility of the soldiers to read his llips"Should i kill em so we can jsut get in there already?"
"The floating city that came from that poor mining town, I think it belonged to that guy who was talking about taking over the entire world and destroy everything." she said, "We took the ship after the city was being destroyed by other people, who I'm not sure, and this dog-fellow grabbed a ship, and began to fly it out to get us all off of it." she said.
Trilby whispered back, "Well, if they don't recognise the badge, they clearly don't have a Respawn Matrix. And I'm not in the mood to actually murder people." He seemed to put a lot of stress on the 'I'm', as if implying he wouldn't give two shits if Shadow were to start stabbing the soldiers.

Also, whatever happened to Rémy and Brooke?
The soldier sighed in response to Trilby. "Interplanetary police force? Seriously... Space travel isn't even possible. If you're going to make stuff up, at least know what you're talking about."
The other soldier frowned upon hearing what Shadow had said. Even though he was whispering, his Sensory Enhancing magic allowed him to hear the words spoken fairly well. "You two better get out if you know what's good for you. Threatening military personnel is not something taken lightly." Hearing Trilby's reply, the two soldiers drew their swords. There sure have been a lot of unruly folk lately. Great.

"I assume you mean the late Icarus, mayor of what used to be Rockbyrd." the soldier said to Grace. "So, you were trespassing as well..." he added, then blew a small sigh. "What were you doing on this floating city?"

"Right then, Taokaka..." the soldier began, retrieving a notepad and writing Tao's name down. "What's your last name?"

"You do realise that those people weren't slaves, right? They were paid, and if they didn't like how things went in Rockbyrd, they could have quit their job and leave at any point." the soldier remarked, then also retrieved a notepad and began writing things down, holding the notepad so that Grace couldn't see what was being written. "Anyway. I assume you 'confronted' Icarus before Legaia invaded and destroyed the city. Is this correct?"

"Whoa guys, i was only jokeing, ill leave, ill leave!" Shadow replied as he slowed started backing away, he then turned around and with a sadistic grin clicked his fingers. The ground beneath the soldiers shook violently and sets of metal spikes varying in size burst from the ground, impaling the soldiers multiple times.
@Nail: A rifle on his back, two revolvers on his hips and his left arm is clearly mechanical.
Also, Brooke is currently looking for books on the occult in Winterhorn, and Rémy is in the Forward base, confused as shit because Rex keeps coming and going every day.
