"Unknown. But it seems to have come from space."

Trilby smiled slightly as he located the grappling hook and the crossbow it was loaded into, then aimed it up the mountain, and fired.

When Rookie pulled Tophat out of his pack and felt it 'speaking' to her, Jessica's eyes absolutely lit up. It took the entirety of her self-control to not squeal like a giddy school-girl at the sight of the old, beaten up hat. "Oh my goodness! I've been looking all over for you two! I was hoping it may have really been you!" She cheerily said.

Nybeth chuckled at Savranth. "Comradely? I believe you misunderstand my intent. My reasons for engaging in this conflict are purely personal. I very much doubt these lot would be 'inspired' much by a declaration from a soldier of fortune."

On every radio wave, a speech was said. The words were guttural, harsh, and seemed to have difficulty speaking the words. "Oomans of this small, pathetic, dirtball of a planet. My people come to you, offering one of two options. You may give us Lyra Reed, long fang of the traitorous wolves clan. Your people would be then left alone, allowed to continue your pathetic existence, ignored by my people. The other option is the death of every single person on this planet, regardless of whatever pathetic separations you make for yourself. You have one week to provide us to her. If you fail, your planet shall burn under our wrath. Those are your only options. Failure to respond due to lacking levels of technology will result in the same punishment as if you challenged us. That is all." The radio stopped broadcasting.

Over Port Letosh, the venomous fangs ship uncloaked, visible to the naked eye. It was over 8 kilometers long, and appeared to be several hundred smaller ships strapped together. Designs jumped from sleek silver vessels to dark black ships looking like instruments of torture, to sailing vessels made from what would look on the surface to be woid and steel. On every one of these vessels, the image of a snake with two dripping fangs could be seen, painted to be visible.

Once making it there, he addressed the comm's officer. "Address the source of that transmission."
