Xyleena let go of Ness, and and sat back on her haunches, saying "Oh, you'll love Lyra's story time Its so fun to listen to.". Lyra looked around, and said "Mind if I grab a chair or something? I prefer sitting when I tell this story." Marcus looked around, trying to find a more secluded place to have this talk. "Lyra, as one of your fangs, I must argue that we at the least only tell Ness the clan history. I don't want to let this be let out publ-" Lyra glared at him, and he went silent.

Savranth walks off, ignoring the monster. He goes to where the enemy soldiers are being held. "Let me in, please." He says to a guard, who allows him to pass.
Inside, addresses them. "Okay. I extend my offer, again. Astasis lies. We will not harm you. I only want to end this war and unite our nations. That is my only goal."

The king is supposed to serve the people; The rules of the land and law need to be established. In the end, my very trusted knight, Sir Lancelot even betrayed me. I had done a disservice. A bloody civil war... It's not what my people wanted." She closed her eyes and sighed deeply shaking her head.

I don't trust that we won't get betrayed because we aren't knights in shining white armor." Marcus explained, as he leaned against the wall. Lyra shook her head. "You all deserve to know, I suppose. Only fair. Lets see, you want to start with the feud between the Fangs and the Wolves? Or just when I got involved in it? Either way, it'll take a bit of telling."

The city was slowly turning in for bed. Envy would see fewer people on the streets, as the airship in the distance remained over the prison. Off in the distance, in the cities center, he could see a light. One coming from the King's palace.
