The pod doors dropped open, to reveal... Nothing but a few heat shimmers. Lyra seemed puzzled for a second, before whispering "I think these are their special forces... Adders, they call them. Love their cloaking and poison. Now, if we just don't move too much, and don't attract their attention, they should just leave..."

The 5 adders watched the strange oomans before them.
The shimmers would begin moving away from the drop pods.

Underneath the cloaks were your average predators. 7 feet tall, greenish yellow skin, strange chain mail, and their famous helmet. These helmets were distinct due to a variety of acid burns on the armor. They began moving into the forest, looking for a potential camp site.

@Furioso, Ask him. That's honestly the best advice I can give you to what he is, but I can say that he's sorta time-spacey-4-D thingy. Though, to put it simply, he sorta is, sorta not.

Ness continued to stand around the inn, until she saw Trilby coming up. Yukino happened to see Ness as well and hopped down close to her.

Ness looks over at Trilby and nods, whispering. "I don't exactly have floor plans or anything of the like, so my plan may not be that intelligent. I was hoping for a more stealthy approach as well... but what we could do is dig under the holding cell and retrieve her that way, while my associate here leaves a body double that can act just like Tao does and make it look like she died of some horrible accident. As long as the operation goes well, things should go smoothly afterward.. Perhaps we should go to the holding cells again so you can get a feel for where to pop your tunnel up."
