The Wheaton Altiverse Organization Association is this first demonstration of a new universal rationale. Founded in Universe 2, the organization actively seeks to catalouge all possible alternate universes, originally proposed in the multiverse theory, and expanded by Sir Richard Wheaton, with his creation of the universal altimeter. With it, investigators travel between universes, discovering places to benefit all of humanity and any friendly alien races we encounter. There are two types of catalouged universes, spokes and offshoots. Spoke universes are like the spokes of a bike, keeping their bit of altiverse smooth and round. They're the basis of the offshoots, which are alternate universes to those spokes. In them, anything as small as a single atom shifting a few millimeters or less causes the creation of a new universe, another offshoot for the spoke universe." He pauses to catch his breath, sucking in air.
