Rex handed a few of the plates to Holly and Echo and motioned for them to sit down at an empty table. He took a few bites and leaned back, a bit happy.

With Ness driving at her usual speeds (aka like a drugged maniac), she made it to the Defense Base in record time. Her car skids to a stop as she steps out of it, seemingly elated. "Let's get this letter delivered... then we can make our next move."

Bryce sat back in the car as it flew, sighing and enjoying the ride. He opened one eye at the car stopping, but continued to sit in the car, clearly enjoying himself.

Several soldiers look at the car wearily. "Call the General." One calls to the others.

A soldier approached Silver. "Come with me." He said putting his hand to his ear.

"What is going on here?" A woman asked as she approached.

It took Jessica several moments once again to register that the car had stopped. Upon realizing this, she stepped out, only to find her legs seemed to have been replaced by jelly and fell over. As she waited for the odd sensation to pass, she began running her hands down her tail, attempting to press back down the fur that had come to stand on end. "Go on ahead, I'll be right there." She called out. She cringed and shouted back at Bertie, "Stop shouting!"

Looking toward Jessica, Ness let out a nervous chuckle. "Sorry... I just needed to get here as quickly as possible."

"No, sudden moves, got that?" The soldier said as he and several others looked at the group and kept on guard.

After a moment, General Tiberius, walked out of the base. "Might I ask what this is about?"

The soldier led Silver to the Main building and brought him to a room with a small mirror which he was left in for a moment.

"Listen to me, ugly little thing. We don't accept such disgusting impure creatures as beastkin as they can not be trusted to truly be loyal to the cause." The woman explained to Tao.
"Uh, as the Corporal said..." The man added.

OoC: @Dot: Does Yukino not know that Legaia is largely atheist in nature?
And pretty much.
~Xiphatia has a religion known as the Order of Alnitak. It believes they were all one people until the Legaians lost their powers by making tech which angered God and is why tech and magic doesn't mesh.
~Legaia is Atheist, but there was a cult that believed in the teachings of the Order of Alnitak.
