Weapon colonoscopy

Alright, I know there have been a lot of "The last weapon you used" threads around recently but hear me out i'm sure this hasn't been done before.

(clears throat)

The last weapon you used in a video game shall now be used as the camera for your colonoscopy. For me it is the schimatar from AC2.....I imagine my death certificate will say "died from severe anal haemmorhaging."

So escapists, what will be your colon cam?
