Now, in this time of terrorist threats and violence, who has gone out of their way to actually making themselves a weapon, be it a small knife you made yourself, or, as i did, you fashioned a fully working rail gun. OK, i did that for a science project but it is still a weapon and made it.

Yeah you're right life isn't Fallout. More's the pity..

Anyway I'll stick to bought weapons. I don't have a great track record in building prowess..soo..being not blown up by a failed weapon design is good thanks.

I've made a lot of weapons, the one i'm most proud of is a hidden sword that I constructed out of one of those popout umbrellas. Flick the switch with your wrists and *pop* Sword of course I don't ever use them for anything. I don't walk around wal-mart with a sword strapped under my jacket sleeve

Zombies? I have a cuboard with supplies, torches, electricity and duvets which opens outwards and is built into a wall... Good luck zombies

I've made a sword, but that worked out rather poorly. Far too soft to be any good.

I once tried to make a home made gun, made of wood, that fired .308 Winchester rounds.
Never finished it, which is probarbly just as well to be honest.

I made a seax, and a half dozen spears, and I held the tang of my sword while the guy hit it thats about it.

Now armour thats a different story, padded aqueton, plenty of mail, even a few pieces of plate ugly flat plate not worked. Plenty of leather too.

Theoretically their teeth could rot & become absessy and they could get blood poisoning and die. Or at least a sore tummy
