Google keeps on giving me ads to go to a CIA training academy. Look, I know I watch a lot of espionage films and I like playing spy games, but that's mainly due to escapism. I don't want to be the next Sam Fisher or some shit, I'd rather make movies and games based on that type of character. Stop telling me to be that character, google.

I used to get adverts telling me to vote for the Republicans... i live in the UK and have never been to america
Aren't Republicans just another word for Labour Party? I've never been to the UK before and while our politics are not too dissimilar, it's something I learned from Bill Hicks who, despite starting in America, had good success in England.

(Bill Hicks was a comedian if you don't know about him.)
Your education about British politics is way of, for one thing our politics is really dissimilar (we're way more left wing then you guys are, the majority of our "right-wing" party, the conservitives, would join the Democrats if they were American, and labour are more left than them. Also your politics is more...varied (read crazy) than ours).

OT: Facebook advertised condoms to me once. I was 15. It's depressing because at no point did I look like I was about to get laid.

Also, they advertised an college in croyden. Admittedly I was the right age, but I live in north London, and I go to a private school there (which facebook knows about).

I was browsing Tickld (funny picture blog thing) one morning, and for some totally unknown reason i had an advert pop up that stated

:"Horsemeat in your meal? - Click on this add and send a horse to space now!" And then was followed by a fairly dodgy looking URL.

I don't even know how, because i had literally just unboxed my new Ipod (i was browsing with) the day before, and i had certinally not visited anything horse related for it to have got this from o_O

No, Labour are left wing. If you got a Republican and a Labour MP talking, the knives would be out in seconds.

As for me, I can't remember any truly weird ads, they've only been mildly annoying.
Well, he's not entirely wrong, they both talk bullsh*t (then again, so do most Western politicians and political groups).

OT: Youtube is convinced I am a single young Muslim who is possibly gay. I'm a little confused about this as the only videos I watch that are related to religion and my sexuality are atheist videos pointing out hypocrisy in religion.

Captcha: that's enough
I agree, enough with the Muslim dating sites!

Recently a Netflix advert on youtube giving away a huge number of movie endings was a real WTF moment. Bloody furious about it to be honest. I'm never signing up for it now.
