You're already looking at it. The Escapist eats up so much of my time that I could accurately call it a chronal binge-eater.
I don't really do anything with flash games or videos online, but I think this site covers the time that could be wasted on them quite nicely.

Comic vine gets a lot of my attention too. It has lots of pictures of superheroes, and I like to draw, so I use it as a reference guide.
