Every 'large' amount(10+) that can be modified has to end in 5 or 0, or double numbers(e.g. 99, but 199 will be changed to 200)
In MMO's I usually have a special tab reserved for consumables, or I play a class that can heal itself to prevent wasting a lot of money buying single healing items to fix the amount I have on me.
I also have to arrange everything by size. Currently the links in my "video" bookmarks tab is out of order, fixing this will take 20 minutes but I can't use my bookmarks until it's fixed.

lets see...

All doors able to block access to my room have to be shut or opened to impede progress towards my room.

I cant play FPS's when siting up.

Whenever I'm outside or next to a open window I have to scan the surroundings for snipers.

If I can help it I have to walk as quietly as possible.

And when I play any game my inventory must be arranged in a way that is best suited for ease of use.

Lights! I get really pissed off when my mum turns the lights on at 6 o'clock, THERE'S STILL SUNLIGHT WOMAN!! I hate it when lights are on in rooms that no one is using. Also I have this annoying habit, I'm compelled to move the corners of my mouth, it mostly happens when I'm around non-family members so it's probably a nervous thing. I think it may be linked to my ADHD medication because it doesn't happen that much when I forget take take it.

Also I don't like walking, I run or jog everywhere, though I walk when I'm carrying my backpack because running becomes awkward with that thing on.

I'm the same, I hate making noise when I walk, that's why I love my good shoes because I can walk pretty much silently and when I jump forward I can even land silently which I love so much.

I am really obsessive about the way my stuff is organized(must always be alphabetical) the way that things are stacked(always largest to smallest).Doors always should be closed,as well as lids and cases. Stuff should be put back into their cases(not any others)Light should be off. Things like that.
