.....Yeah, I don't think I have anything that bad...Dectomax said:*terrifying dream*
That does sound rather strange! Surgery would scare the pants off me. Yet being in some kind of mansion basement/altar thingy too? You sir, are a braver man than me. ( Dreamwise apparently? )Pseudoboss said:-Snip-
First, wow, that sounded like something out of one of the early Silent Hill games. Vivid, and quite creepy.Dectomax said:So, discuss...Am I just strange or has this happened to you too?
Now I have the blair witch stuck in my mind...thank you!aegix drakan said:Dectomax said:*terrifying dream*
Also add to that, that it felt real, as if I was there!FFHAuthor said:First, wow, that sounded like something out of one of the early Silent Hill games. Vivid, and quite creepy.Dectomax said:So, discuss...Am I just strange or has this happened to you too?
Second, yes, I have had extremely vivd, frightening and downright WEIRD dreams which defy any logical explanations. Had a very strange one that involved gender change, creepy church style overtones, abandoned houses, underground wearhouses, sea monsters, Chinese pagodas and SG-1.
Yeah...string all THAT together and try not to wake up going WTF?
Yeah...it was at the part in the dream where I was a girl (I'm a guy in RL) and somehow the massive warehouse I'd been walking through had turned into a Chinese meditative garden with pagoda and reflecting pond. A sea monster of some kind had reared up out of this pond and then SG-1 was there shooting it. Normally, one would think 'ah-ha! dream!' when ALL THAT is going on, but no, just kept dreaming. Freaky weird...Dectomax said:Also add to that, that it felt real, as if I was there!FFHAuthor said:First, wow, that sounded like something out of one of the early Silent Hill games. SG-1 would make me happy. If I could summon O'Neil into my subconsciousness I would be fine!
From the sounds of it, it "out-weirds" mine by a mile! Though SG1 makes everything better!FFHAuthor said:Yeah...it was at the part in the dream where I was a girl (I'm a guy in RL) and somehow the massive warehouse I'd been walking through had turned into a Chinese meditative garden with pagoda and reflecting pond. I can remember some of the dreams, but this is on another level. I remember it all. In detail. Hell, I could draw you a map of the route we took through the place. I could describe the people that were with me. That's what get's me. I remember details about people who don't exist, so much I can picture them.FFHAuthor said:Dectomax said:From the sounds of it, it "out-weirds" mine by a mile! Do you normally remember your dreams at all? Because that's what got me with the level of weirdness. I find that I never remember dreams, at all. I close my eyes and then open then and I slept. I never remember anything, good bad or indifferent. Or at most I remember a flash of what 'woke' me from a dream, usually an Alien head. (The probe kind, not the facehugger kind) The only ones I remember are the insanely vivid ones on par with what you describe, vivid and incredibly strange.
Another intriguing question, do you have an active imagination otherwise?
I have a very active imagination, but, for some reason, I very rarely dream, they seem to be coming back recently, but for a while, about 6 months, I didn't have any dreams, nor evidence that I had dreamt at all. It was unnerving, because at that time I wasn't sleeping well at all. getting tired at midnight, I'd try to sleep at 10, but I wouldn't sleep till 12, then waking up at 6 and getting sleepy by noon. that kind of wierdness.FFHAuthor said:Dectomax said:From the sounds of it, it "out-weirds" mine by a mile! I was the same, after that dream I didn't have any "real" dreams for a long time. I'd just sleep and wake up. It was only yesterday when "I went back" that I had started dreaming again.Pseudoboss said:I have a very active imagination, but, for some reason, I very rarely dream, they seem to be coming back recently, but for a while, about 6 months, I didn't have any dreams, nor evidence that I had dreamt at all. Don't worry, as a kid I used to have dreams similar to that. I'd get caught in the wind and endlessly flipped and blown about the sky. It was terrifying to say the least! Though those dreams aren't anywhere near as vivid as this one and yours.Grogman said:-Snip-
