Well, I bought The Sims 3, I just wanted to see what it was about, but didn´t really enjoyed it much at first, and after reading some opinions on the internet well, i just stopped playing (mind you i did made one successful family with 2 kids growing and getting married and then dying of old in a house near the lake)

So, i lend the disk to a friend, but all of a sudden i start thinking "damn... i would love to play that game again"

It haves become so much that I think about it every day, if I turn on my pc, I think "owww... I want to play" I was awake one night staring at the ceiling thinking "I could do this and that" I actually called my friend at 3 in the morning and asked for the disk back, he was all "WTF man, I?m sleeping!!"

sooo, any game that even if you didn´t enjoyed that much you suddenly started to want to play it?? to the point of becoming obsessed??

(EDIT:GRAMMAR)

oh you mean cravings. Your title says C-A-r-vings. Like you carve a piece of wood. LOL.

Yes, i crave games all the friggin time. I'm sad on shadow of the colossus right now, and burnout revenge... sad day.

When I was 10 or so, I would always get an urge to play Starcraft during the holidays, particularly during Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Nowadays, I play it for an hour or two almost every day.

I have to be really, really careful with lending games to friends entirely because of this.
Like, seriously. I could've completed a game and hated every minute of it, but as soon as I let someone borrow it I want to try it again.
And then sometimes when I lend people games I'm totally into, the entire time they have it I do not crave it once.

What the hell, brain.
Don't do that.

When I run out of time for World of Warcraft all I want to do is play it...

Whenever I do have time I want to play a different game....it's very frustrating...

The day that I traded in my copy of Assassins Creed I just NEEDED to play it several minutes after I got home, then I, using my freakish flexibility literally kicked myself.

C&C 3. I had uninstalled it and I couldn't find the disk so I actually went out and bought it again a few days later. I still havn't found the other disk so the money wasn't wasted.

It is, by the way one of my favouite games... I'm not implying that I didn't like it.

I seem to have a bi-monthly MMO craving, I utterly loathe the genre yet I can't help downloading a free-to-play one every two months and make my way through the repetitive quests at the start. I usually realize that it's as boring as every other one I've tried so far, and that really it never looked that different from the others, but I keep trying and coming back for some reason....

Yeah, I guess going back and playing Two Worlds or Oblivion over again qualifies. Beyond that it varies pretty wildly, but if it isn't easy to get to on my shelf anymore, usually I don't dig it out. The exception being Kotor which I did dig out earlier this month.

Battlefront 2 and SSX3 always seems to be the only thing that I want to play whenever I'm home. I bring my PS3 to school but share my PS2 with my brother so I don't play it. I mean, I've got this marvel of technology that is the PS3, with enough games to keep me happy for several years, but I still want to play the games that I played in high school and middle school.

Part of it's nostalgia, part of it's just because they're so damn awesome
