I've noticed something about myself recently. I have a very distinct pattern of internet use. I get on the Escapist, look through the active threads, see if any of my favorite groups are active, and if nothing is going on, I leave. Then, I go to facebook, and if I don't have any messages or updates, instead of going to any of the other sites I use, I immediately come back to the Escapist to see if anything of interest has occurred in the 3 minutes since I had just checked it. After almost every site I look at following that I go back to the Escapist as well.

There's no point in typing out my post here since you've done it for me already.

I have a feeling, that I am on the escapist when ever I can, even if I'm not looking at it, the tab is always open.

I have another obsessive tendency to log out and close anything I'm not looking at in that particular second. I log in and out a lot because of it.

Always the same, i do it without even thinking about it sometimes. its fucking trippy

lol yep, I look up the news quickly to see if anything interesting happened, then i go to the Escapist. If nothing is there, then I check out youtube. Nothing on youtube... head over to Facebook, then back to the Escapist. It's a vicious addicting cycle.
