The light wasn't red and I just stopped at it, it was green, then turned yellow so I slowed to a stop. He also wasn't there first as I pulled up to it, I got there first.

Ah, I see. I was under the impression that he was like that waiting to pull out as you were approaching.

I'd say what he was trying to do was make it easier for himself to pull out for once you've moved - By blocking 1 lane, he then only has 1 other to worry about when pulling out, and chances are someone is likely to let him go just to stop him blocking traffic.

It's a dick move, but I wouldn't say it's weird.

Nope. Just regular looking dude. It would be difficult to imagine someone more normal looking.

Although it was pretty dark. Perhaps I simply failed to spot the telltale brand of the madman upon his forehead.

Met a man on a bus once.

There is a man in my town that ALWAYS wheres a pair of pink bunny ears, only taking it off to substitute festive reindeer antlers near Christmas. There are a lot of urban legends floating around about this dude; a lot of people say that he had a daughter that died and that bunnies were her favorite animal or that Easter was her favorite holiday, or that she died on Easter. Some people say that he just likes the attention, and then even others say he THINKS he had a daughter who died but he's just delusional.

Google "Oshawa Bunny ear guy" and you'll probably get some hits.

 

[Someone Depressing]

I saw an entirely sober woman of about 20-30 quite literally piss her pants (you could see it rolling down her leg) when she realised the chippy (fish and chips, for those non-British folks) was closed. She wasn't drunk, didn't look high, seemed normal. It also smelled pretty rancid.

I've never seen that woman since, and I've unconsciously went to that place at that time to see if I could catch her again, but alas, she is but a passing memory.

Once saw a guy on a bus making a big deal out of the recent trams our fine government have shit upon us. Especially odd/hilarious, word for word quotes include:

"Oh, the trams are better than the bus, but they're slower, but they're still better!"
"The trams have luggage compartments even on normal tickets, but not the bus - that's why we should only have trams, no need for buses anymore."
"I bet these trams have killed less people than the buses did if they were around for just as long", and:
"Fuck bus drivers, they've always got bad ties."

He might have just seemed like a loud-talking man who nobody but his partner in conversation would pay attention to, but he just seemed to be talking to... everybody. On the bus. Expecting an answer, or an agreement, or an argument.

I've got two.

The first happened just last night. Me and my friend were grabbing some McDonald's at around three in the morning or so. We sit up at the drive-thru and we end up waiting like five minutes before someone talked to us about our order. As we pull up to the first window, we see a van pull out. Turns out the driver of that van parked his car, walked up to the drive-thru window and just started in. He had the drive-thru workers terrified

The next is at work. We have a woman we all call "Crazy Dreadlock lady". She's an older African-american woman who will randomly start shouting and ranting about stuff. Her best rant was when she shouted "They're killing Christians!" A co-worker asked "Who is?" She just shouted "Them!" and then walked out of the store. I haven't seen her for quite some time.

Well, there was that time when I went on a bus. On my way to a seat some lady, around 35 years old or so, steps up towards me, puts her palm on my face and pushes my head back. After that she starts shouting about how she's saved me from hell and that I should accept Jesus.
The same thing has happened four times that I can remember. All between when I was 15-16 years old, never before or after, so I assume I must've looked very satanic at that age. Wouldn't surprise me if it ties in nicely from when they closed all mental institutions in my country and released the crazies into the streets.

Speaking of that, a lot of those crazy people used to live very close to me. They've disappeared over the years, but one lady in particular I'll never forget. When I was still in school I used to take the bus that goes by right outside. Many mornings she'd walk past and every time she'd start speaking under her breath while smirking at me, spit in my direction or just stand and stare at me, also while smirking. Not sure what was wrong with her, but it took a lot of restraint not to punch her.

One time my girlfriend was at a mcdonalds and she was the only person in line when this homeless guy went up to her and just started yelling incoherently at her.

I've also ran into a homeless guy who has a long beard, trench coat and a bottle of vodka constantly on him and he spends his time reading. Whenever he gets to a funny part he has a laugh just like the count from seaseme street.

It's not really that weird, but on my way to work most mornings, I often see this one particular car/truck driving in the opposite direction, it's not a car I could name (I'm not a car guy) looks like a 2 seat truck with a flatbed rear, kinda like a pickup truck.

Only, it's too small, like a mini pickup scaled to 70%. It's Noddy's pickup truck.

More importantly, one day it's red, the next day its blue.

Over time, I've looked at the driver, and it's the same guy, middle aged, shaven headed and stern looking, he's driving both blue and red. Now does he have 2 vehicles, one red, one blue? Or does he re-paint his truck each night?

Seems weird to me.

My family has two trucks that are the exact same model: a Ford Ranger. One is red and one is blue. We bought the blue one first but ended up with the red one from my grandpa because he didn't need it anymore. If that's my dad you're seeing then holy shit.

However, for some reason the question I can't not ask is "How did she keep that distance while squatting?" Wouldn't you have to be sitting/crouching/squatting on the same surface as her, right in front of her? As in, y'know, well within splash range.

hard to explain but sydney has a lot of raised gardens surrounded by brick wall or the like.
i was sitting on the wall while she squatted in the garden, probably still in the splash zone but it was so sudden and the gaze was so intense i found myself unable to look away let alone walk away.
