Okay yesterday I downloaded Steam onto my desktop computer running Windows 7, and whenever I load up a game the audio is slowed way down but the graphics work just fine. Has anyone had this problem, is this a driver issue with Windows or something else? Thanks.

Well, don't forget to set up a Steam Support ticket, they're usually pretty speedy with responses. I don't know how to fix your problem, but they might.

Alright I figured it out, its a driver problem with Windows 7 *sigh* I hate windows.
DOn't be that way, it's actually very commonly a driver problem. If you work your way through a 5-point FAQ without fixing the problem, solutions in order are: Update your graphics card driver, then Google online for solutions. And it's happened to me enough to know.
Garry's Mod horrible graphics seizure? Update graphics card.
Half Life 2 speech stutterign? Update graphics card.
Team Fortress 2 server not pinging properly? Update graphics card.
Computer overheating? Update graphics card.

Well that last one instead of restarting, I went swimming with friends for two hours and then turned it on to finish the graphics installer, but yeah, you get the idea.
