Weirdest perk/ability in a game.

2 Tone Cape it let you choose the colors of the cape with no other benifit well it was like the 3rd best Cloak but it seems so random.

Fallout 3 has plenty. I nominate Bloody Mess - makes people explode.

Seriously, you shoot someone in the leg with a magnum and his/her entire body explodes into gory bits? It happened more than once. I liked playing without the perk just fine. Peoples heads still come off with a shotgon shell to the face at point blank range and i'll have it no other way.
