Weirdest Place to Fall Asleep

To hear her tell it, she said her two thoughts were (in rapid order) "oh no, is he dead?" and "awwwww. Better let him sleep." (and apparently I didn't finish the job...I'm not quite sure how to feel about that. On the one hand, if orgasms were had, I could brag "I can satisfy women in my sleep" like a beer commercial or something. On the other, I'd hate to miss a good shot because I slept through it.)

I sleep just about anywhere, but the weirdest place i fell asleep was at the Orthodontist... While I was getting my braces adjusted! No pain killers or the like were involved, I just fell straight to sleep. I have to say, that was the least painful adjustment so far

I woke up on my concrete bathroom floor in uni halls last year. After that I ALWAYS made sure I at least fell asleep on carpet.

Also last year I woke up in the corridor of my friends flat with a girls dressing gown draped over me.

Worst one tho: Me and a mate shared a bed in a youth hostel earlier this year on a field trip. I woke up to him spooning me. He was forcibly ejected to the floor.

Heh. I really don't know how I'd feel about someone falling asleep mid-act... On the one hand, "Awwwwww. Better let him sleep." and on the other "Well, now how am I supposed to finish the job?!"

Back on topic, I've done the whole "fall asleep in the bathroom" thing, and on trampolines, and probably the weirdest place was a nightclub.

Although in my defence, I WAS running the place, and I kept ending up working almost constantly from midday Friday to midday Sunday....

In a fridge.

I used to live in an apartment. One winter, my roof started leaking(to the point of breaking apart and molding) in my room, so the apartment complex offered me the apartment downstairs as a bedroom. Now, I was 17. That was great. A whole apartment to myself. So, I gave my friend a key and I kept one for myself. One day, he called me and said he was on his way over. I removed the shelves from the fridge, hid them in the bathroom, and got in the fridge to scare him when he came over. Problem was, he changed his plans and never made it over. I slept in the fridge for a good 3 hours.

I also took a 30 minute power nap in a field once. My friend and I were going sledding far away, and on the way back it started snowing hard. We couldn't see, and we were freezing. So, we dug two holes real quick, laid down in them, and put our sleds over us. Nice n warm.

I fell asleep at the dinner table once. When I woke up I had to go and shower the gravy off of my face.

I fell asleep in my house, woke up at my dad's on the floor of one of my stepbrother's rooms. Apparently my mum had managed to move me while asleep all that way and without telling me she needed to go somewhere so I had to go to my dad's. Weird, I'm usualy woken up by something as quiet as my bedroom door opening.

What's your stories peoplez of the escapist?

When I worked at a jail for a while we once had a really bad snowstorm so I had to work a 16 hour shift to compensate for all the people who didn't show up. I was unable to dig my car out of the snow. No-one would come get me. So I (and about 10 other officers) slept in an empty mod (section of the jail). I was thankful I had a change of clothes, so I slept in blue jeans and a t-shirt. A lot of other guys slept in a t-shirt (we're required to wear one under the uniform shirt) and their work pants. The female officers were not as lucky because the policy for those emergancies states the different gendered officers can't sleep in the same place. So the females (about 3 of them I think) had to sleep in cots in the womens locker room.

We did this two days in a row. And some of the people who came on the next shift had to work 16 and sleep in the jail too.

when i was a kid, i used to fall asleep on the bus and end up in some random place. also, i used to fall asleep during meals with food in my mouth and my parents had to fish the food out. bad times...

I've just fallen asleep a few times in lessons. Nothing special. Actually, there used to be a bit of a thing for moving peoples' mattresses into other rooms when they fell asleep on them a few years ago around here. Apart from that, I can't think of anything.
