Today I recieved a letter in the post from the bank, reading through it was all rather interesting until at the bottom of letter it had, and I quote, "Please contact us if you'd like this letter in braille, large print or on audio tape." The thought did occur that if I needed such a thing, helpful print at the bottom of said letter was unlikely to be useful.

Still I can think of several incidents, most of which too vague now, (possibly repressed due to abnormal stupidity levels,)in which people have "helped" me. So anyone else suffered at the idiot menace recently?

I understand a council somewhere in South England have made it possible to apply for a Taxi License in Braille.

Perhaps your friends or family would have read it for you and then saw the thing at the bottom.
I´m sure that´s the idea.

Thats what I woulda thought, except getting a print of the letter when you have someone to read it for you seems a bit, well, pointlesss.
