Everyone has those moments of pure genius. Sometimes things don't turn out the way we planned.

One time I thought "Hey! It'd be cool to buy Chrono Trigger for the PS1! It's cheap, and it comes with FF4!" Well, I didn't do my research, and after learning about the atrocious load times, never played the game.

Yeah. Turns out I'm not too bright.

Has anyone else had a moment like this?
What atrocious load times? That 2 second delay when battle starts, which I barely noticed because I was too busy enjoying the game? Those "atrocious" load times? ¬_¬

Well, I actually haven't tried it yet, but the DS version does have all that content and the added plus of being handheld (unless you're a crazy homebrew guru who makes PSX handhelds in his garage), so I won out there.

I guess it's all a matter of perception.

Meh, I guess so. It's just whoever told you the PSX/PS1 version had "atrocious" load times was clearly a whiny *****.

Making a flamethrower with hairspray... then the flame traveled back to the can, and the little plastic piece you push on caught on fire. I threw it and ran.
/facepalm
If only some people knew how science worked, then we wouldn't have this kind of problem.
I was young! And stupid! And loved fire!
It's true though, wouldn't repeat that stunt.

Reading through the entire Something Awful Slender Man thread in one night. I sure as hell didn't have to worry about falling asleep after that.

Mayhap you are being too harsh, mayhap?

Mayhap I am the only fellow who enjoyed that game!

I once thought it would be a good idea to move my xbox while it was running, as long as I was really gentle. >.<

Uhhh I wish I could could take back all of the events that transpired on October 16th, and save myself a lot of embarrasment.

To be brief about it, I thought this girl was into me. She wasn't, and I made a fool of myself (sad face)

"Well It's November, my Dissertation isn't due in until May. I may as well start up the WoW account again over christmas as I'm bored."

Skip ahead to April, with 13 days to go and a 15,000 word document to write, and a half finished program to debug before that. Most stressful 2 weeks of my life I tell you, almost cried with joy when that got handed in. And I don't play WoW anymore.

To be fair though the level 80 priest that got levelled up and geared out in the meantime was pretty badass...

"I know, I'll just jump off my bunk bed, land, and be completely alright! *breaks ankle*"

Happened when I was around 10, I think.

Well, dumbest one I had was not getting a 10 gauge over-and-under mounted in my shoulder right. Couldn't write for a week after that.

I tried to cut a hole in a desk so that air would flow better to my old PC...
It weakened the frame. Alot.

So many to list, hmm...

"Go ahead, fire that bee-bee gun at my palm, it won't even pierce the skin"
Drinking THAT many four lokos
Getting hammered out of my mind at a metal concert before an end-term
Starting to play WoW a few weeks before said end term
Playing WoW in general. (Yes, I still play it)
