Well since the job board is officially K.I.A (been for a few months).

Yes, I know it's been awhile. Well if anyone still remembers me I was that one guy who posted a topic regarding creating an absurd beat'em up platformer. Now I have to say I listened to your words and criticism and I have to say thank you for that. You were right and with that idea I was getting way to ahead of myself and well since then we started small.

Yes, we had another idea sitting around waiting for the right moment to hatch and well thankfully we had some takers to help things moving. It's a simple 2d platformer, with some fun little gimmicks, I'd love to say more but I don't want to give away to much info. Anyway we have our project plan, and some pre-done work from our current programmer. We have our artist, we have our musician, we have me (Once level creator is done). What we need still though is another programmer (or two).

I will state that this will be a free team project, as in you're not getting paid to do this unless it goes live on pc (percentage sales). I'm poor, and I'm sorry. Either you work on it on your free time or you're committed, we need the help, for our current programmer (while talented) is stuck to doing mainly weekend work. We need someone to fill the gap.

What I'm looking for is someone familiar with python and if they've worked on pygame before too that would be pretty cool as well. To then have you speak with our current programmer and operate as a cohesive team. That's basically it. I'll do the courtesy of getting you acquainted with the other team members and have you fit right in. Just work on the project plan and keep me posted and I will judge from your work (Honestly I want to do more then just shout orders but I can't do that till our level creator is up and running and an extra hand would be greatly appreciated).

We host our code base online (more info will be given upon recruitment). The game will be copyrighted as soon as we can finish some of the first few simple things (again it's been long due to the fact that our programmer is only operational on the weekends and that I'm still trying to learn through pythons tutorial).

I had a goal to make terrific games that were affordable for the community, I will stick to that, I want you to know that I wish for the games that we release in the future to be under 15$ it's under your own risk to join. If we do well I will not try to hold you on to our group. You, at anytime, may leave to follow your own goals, but you'll always be welcomed back (as long as you weren't a complete jackass).

I encourage all, and starting small can sometimes be good too.
I didn't expect this little recruitment thing to be this long so bear with me here.
